When Final Completion Required. Minor Items shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, but not later than thirty days after Material Completion of the Work. Permitted Incomplete Work shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, but not later than a date established by the Design Professional. The Design Professional’s Certificate of Final Completion shall not be issued until all Minor Items and Permitted Incomplete Work are completed.
