If the Client wishes to Engage the Temporary Resource other than through the Employment Business, but without liability to pay a Transfer Fee, the Client may, on giving one weeks written notice to the Employment Business, engage the relevant Temporary Resource for the Period of Extended Hire of 26 weeks.
