Common use of Where there is a violation of the scheduling provisions Clause in Contracts

Where there is a violation of the scheduling provisions. (if any) pertaining to consecutive days of work or time off between shifts, the Employer will pay the employee premium pay of one and one-half times their regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked for the following tour of duty subject to Article 16.02.
