Whole Loan. The Mortgage Loan is a whole loan and not a participating interest in a mortgage loan. Neither Mortgage Loan Seller nor any affiliate thereof has any obligation to make any capital contributions to the Mortgagor under the Mortgage Loan other than contributions made on or prior to the closing date.
