Withdrawal By Participating Company. Any Participating Company may at any time withdraw from the Plan upon giving the Named Fiduciary at least thirty (30) days notice in writing of its intention to withdraw, unless the Named Fiduciary shall waive such thirty (30) days notice. The withdrawal of such Participating Company shall be effective on the last day of the Month in which the foregoing thirty (30) day period ends.
