WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT. Any party to this Agreement may withdraw from this Agreement and cease to be bound hereby upon giving one year's prior notice in writing to each of the other parties hereto and to the Government of Ontario, such notice to be given before the first day of July in any year, to become effective as of the 30th day of June in the succeeding year.
