Common use of Withdrawn Mortgage Loans Clause in Contracts

Withdrawn Mortgage Loans. If the Mortgage Loan has been released to Seller or its designee pursuant to a Request for Release as permitted under Section 5 of the Custodial and Disbursement Agreement, then the Mortgage Note relating to the Mortgage Loan was returned to Custodian within ten (10) calendar days;

Withdrawn Mortgage Loans. If the Mortgage Loan has been released to Seller or its designee pursuant to a Request for Release as permitted under Section 5 5(a) or 5(b) of the Custodial and Disbursement Agreement, then the Mortgage Note relating to the Mortgage Loan was returned to Custodian within ten (10) calendar days and if released under a bailee letter pursuant to Section 5(c), such Mortgage Note was returned within 45 calendar days;

Withdrawn Mortgage Loans. If the Mortgage Loan has been released to Seller or its designee pursuant to a Request for Release as permitted under Section 5 of the Custodial and Disbursement Agreement, then the Mortgage Note relating to the Mortgage Loan was returned to Custodian within ten twelve (1012) calendar days;

Withdrawn Mortgage Loans. If the Mortgage Loan has been released to Seller or its designee the related Seller, on behalf of Buyer, pursuant to a Request for Release as permitted under Section 5 of the Custodial and Disbursement Agreement, then the Mortgage Note promissory note relating to the Mortgage Loan was returned to the Custodian within ten five (105) calendar daysBusiness Days;

Withdrawn Mortgage Loans. If the Mortgage Loan has been released to Seller or its designee the Borrower pursuant to a Request for Release as permitted under Section 5 of the Custodial and Disbursement Agreement, then the Mortgage Note promissory note relating to the Mortgage Loan was returned to the Custodian within ten (10) calendar days;7 Business Days.
