Without prejudice to Clause. 10.1 above, this Clause shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding any discharge, release or termination of this Pledge (whether or not in accordance with Clause 7.1 of this Pledge Agreement).

Without prejudice to Clause. 16.1, if a Force Majeure event occurs prior to the Allocation Date, then such date and the Registration Date shall be delayed by a period equivalent to the duration of the Force Majeure event.
Without prejudice to Clause. 19.1, each of the Paying Agents on the request of any holder of Bearer Covered Bonds shall issue voting certificates and block voting instructions in accordance with Schedule 4 to the Trust Deed and shall immediately give notice to the Issuer in writing (with a copy to the Bond Trustee) of any revocation or amendment of a block voting instruction. Each of the Paying Agents will keep a full and complete record of all voting certificates and block voting instructions issued by it and will, not less than 24 hours before the time appointed for holding a meeting or adjourned meeting, deposit at such place as the Bond Trustee shall approve, full particulars of all voting certificates and block voting instructions issued by it in respect of the meeting or adjourned meeting.
Without prejudice to Clause. 23.3.5, each Lender shall notify the Agents and Borrowers (on behalf of itself and the other Obligors) of any assignment or transfer by such Lender of all or part of its Commitment or Participation in the Facility or interest under the Finance Documents.
Without prejudice to Clause. 37.8 (Payments Following Termination Upon Force Majeure), the occurrence of an event of Force Majeure shall not entitle D&B Co to any compensation.
