Common use of Without prejudice to S Clause in Contracts

Without prejudice to S. 7.1 to S.7.4 inclusive the Developer shall at any time if requested to do so by xxx Xxxxxxxxxx in writing open up the Works for inspection If the Developer fails to comply with such request within any time limit specified by xxx Xxxxxxxxxx xxx Xxxxxxxxxx may open up the Works and then if any part of the Works are found
