WITNESS /SUBPOENALEAVE. 8.9.1 An employee shall be granted leave, without loss of compensation, to appear as a witness in court pursuant to a valid subpoena, other than as a litigant, or to respond to an official order from another government jurisdiction for reasons not brought about through connivance or misconduct of the employee.
