Words and expressions defined in Access. Undertaking (a) Subject to clause 1.6(b), if a word or expression is defined in this Agreement to have the meaning given in the Access Undertaking, then it has the meaning given in the Access Undertaking in force as at the date of this Agreement. (b) If a word or expression used in any Incorporated Provisions which form part of this Agreement under clause 3 is defined in the Access Undertaking, then it has the meaning given in the Access Undertaking in force on the date the relevant Incorporated Provisions is incorporated into this Agreement under clause 3.1 or 3.2 (as applicable).
