Work Coordination. If in the execution or performance of the Contract Documents, manufacturers working drawings, samples, lists, acts, schedules, shop drawings, etc. are required, Contractor shall promptly, in accordance with instruction from ODR, furnish and obtain approval for the use of these drawings prior to commencing any Project Work. Any measurement necessary for fabrication or installation of Contractor's work shall be the responsibility of Contractor unless ODR assumes this responsibility in writing. If the Contractor deems that services or work to which its work is to be applied or affixed is unsatisfactory or unsuitable, written notification of said condition shall be given to ODR before proceeding to take remedial action, otherwise Contractor shall be fully and solely responsible and liable for any and all expenses, loss or damage resulting from said condition and ODR shall be relieved of all liability in connection therewith.

Work Coordination. Customer may request visits to QUALCOMM’s facilities to review the Work, including to witness QUALCOMM quality procedures or testing as scheduled by QUALCOMM. All such requests must be submitted in writing at least five (5) business days in advance. QUALCOMM will permit and schedule reasonable requests from Customer for access so as not to interfere with the Work in progress. Contacts relating to technical activities will be coordinated through QUALCOMM’s designated Program Manager. Direct contact with QUALCOMM engineers will be permitted only with the concurrence of the QUALCOMM Program Manager. (No access to QUALCOMM’s subcontractors is permitted without QUALCOMM’s prior written consent.)
Work Coordination. Tenant shall schedule and coordinate all aspects of Tenant Work with the Landlord’s property manager or designated representative. If an operating engineer is required by any union regulations, Tenant shall pay for such engineer. If shutdown of risers and mains for electrical, mechanical and plumbing work is required, such work shall be supervised by Landlord’s representative (the reasonable out-of-pocket third party costs of which shall be reimbursed by Tenant). No work shall be performed to portions of Building systems that serve other tenants without Landlord’s approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, and all such work shall be performed under Landlord’s supervision. Except in case of emergency, at least two (2) business daysprior notice must be given to the Building management office prior to the shutdown of fire, sprinkler and other alarm systems, and in case of emergency, prompt notice shall be given. In the event that such work unintentionally alerts the Fire or Police Department or any private alarm monitoring company through an alarm signal, Tenant shall be responsible for any fees or charges levied in connection with such alarm. Tenant shall pay to Landlord such charges as may from time to time be in effect with respect to any such shutdown. All demolition, installations, removals or other work that is reasonably likely to inconvenience other tenants of the Building or interfere with Building services provided by Landlord must be scheduled with the Building manager at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance.

Work Coordination. The Contractor shall prearrange and coordinate with the requestor for access to facilities. The Contractor shall report to the DPW POC(s) and COR/ACOR instances where access could not be obtained to facilities because the requestor failed to be available at the prearranged time. The Contractor shall contact the DPW POC(s) for resolution. When reporting such instances, the Contractor shall provide the DPW POC(s) and COR/ACOR with a copy of the work document and pertinent facts related to the incident. Historically, customers meet the scheduled appointment greater than 90% of the time. If work requires scheduled or unscheduled interruption, disconnect or cut-off of any utility to or within the facility, or that a facility be vacated, the Contractor shall take action ten (10) business days in advance (if interruption is scheduled) to (a) notify customers/facility users, DPW POC(s) and COR/ACOR, (b) avoid damage to customer equipment, and (c) minimize disruption of the activity's operation.
Work Coordination. The CONTRACTOR shall coordinate all work between a single point of contact for the CONTRACTOR and the CITY designated project manager. The CONTRACTOR will conduct discussion of structure conditions before work starts and final payment based on conditions agreed to at time of commencement of work or in subsequently approved change orders.
