WORK INJURY COMPENSATION. (1) Staff who come within the scope of the Work Injury Compensation Act shall be insured. (2) In respect of staff who do not come within the scope of the Work Injury Compensation Act, the Hospital shall nevertheless insure such staff, subject to acceptance by the insurers. (3) The Hospital shall continue to insure staff under its Group Term Life and Group Personal Accident insurance policies, subject to their respective exclusions and acceptance by the insurers.
