WORK JURISDICTION. The scope of work covered by this Agreement includes the following, but is not limited to: A. All washing down, cleaning, caulking, pointing and weatherproofing of brick, stone or marble work shall be performed by Pointer, Cleaner, Caulkers; including caulking and cleaning of all types of masonry (including precast masonry and concrete panels) and caulking of all window frames encased in brick, stone, concrete or other masonry. B. All grinding and cutting out of brick, stone, marble, or other masonry joints and replacing of joints only. Replacing, pointing, patching, dutchman patching of brick, stone, terracotta, and all masonry materials. C. Installation of all types of sealants including but not limited to: epoxies, silicones, and urethanes. Application of all clear weatherproofing and waterproofing materials used in pointing, cleaning, caulking, weatherproofing, waterproofing and expansion joints on all types of construction and shall cover the following but not limited to: Concrete, Brick, Concrete Block, Marble, Stone, Tile, Precast Concrete, Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete, Exterior Insulated Finish System, Plaster, Metal Windows, Storefronts, Curtain Wall, Glass Blocks, Hollow Metal, Fire Caulking, rainscreen walls and Caulking of Cementicous Panels. D. This Agreement shall cover all epoxy injection, epoxy grouting, epoxy coatings, and epoxy sealants. All above grade weatherproofing and waterproofing, deck coatings and below grade damproofing. E. The assembly and hanging of all types of hanging platforms, baskets, boatswains chairs etc., including: setting up guard rails, electric motors, wire rope cable, rope falls, electric cables and other miscellaneous swing staging equipment. Installation of C-hooks, out riggers, beams, counter weights, parapet clamps and the like. All rigging and safety tie backs, installation of lifelines and other fall arrest procedures and equipment. All moving and relocation of power suspended platform equipment. The operation of man-lifts, hydraulic scaffolding and aerial lifts. This agreement shall cover all products or new systems relating to the aforementioned hanging or aerial equipment. F. The chemical cleaning, water blasting, steam cleaning, other types of power washing and hand cleaning. Dry cleaning, sand blasting, power cleaning with limestone dust and crushed glass, etc. Installation and operation of all systems that collect any material after use. Paint stripping, chemical or mechanical. Mixing mortars, striping, drilling, pinning, and anchoring masonry material. Selective captured demolition for replacement with same or like material, and rebuilding of masonry., Torch cutting and welding, shelf angle and lintel replacement, flashing and epoxy anchoring as related to masonry repairs. Brick, stone, and concrete restoration and patching - including all preparatory work, chipping, sawing, clean-up and coating. Masonry and concrete chimney and smoke stack repair, terra cotta repairs and replacement, toothing of brick and stone, application of clear repellent waterproofing, application of cement base or acrylic coatings on masonry materials. Mold making and fabrication of specialty masonry and stone items. Installation of fiberglass, plastic gypsum, reinforced concrete, pre-cast, GFRC, and vinyl substitutes etc. when being replaced or substituted for masonry materials. G. Application of carbon fiber, epoxy fabric wrap and banding systems for the restoration and retrofit on concrete or masonry. H. In addition, this Agreement shall cover all other assignments mutually agreed upon by the Parties to this Agreement on any other building products or systems related to the scope and type of work covered by this Agreement that are determined by the Parties to fall within the work jurisdiction of this Agreement I. The Union and signatory Contractors recognize that a portion of the work described, (excluding B), in this Agreement is claimed by other Unions. Where necessary to avoid jurisdictional disputes, the Employer and the Union shall mutually agree upon establishing a composite crew for the work in question.

WORK JURISDICTION. (Special Provision) (a) The scope employer recognizes the trade jurisdiction of the Council and agrees to assign work of such jurisdiction to the employees covered by this Appendix. For purposes of the Acoustic and Drywall trade, the trade jurisdiction of the Council shall consist of, but shall not be limited to the following: The installation of all materials and component parts of all types of ceilings regardless of their material composition or method or manner of their installation, attachment or connection, including but not limited to all hangers, carrying channels, cross furring stiffeners, braces, all bars regardless of material or method of attachment, all integrated gypsum board, all integrated ceilings, ceiling heat panels, all radiant ceiling heat fill, all main tees, cross tees, splines, splays, wall and ceiling angles or mouldings, all backing board and all finish ceiling materials regardless of method of installation; all work in connection with the installation, erection and/or application of all materials and component parts of walls and partitions regardless of their material composition or method or manner of their installation, attachment or connection, including but not limited to all floor and ceiling runners, metal studs, stiffeners, cross bracing's, fire- blocking, resilient channels and furring channels; the installation of metal door and window frames, metal casing, metal trim and metal plaster stops, moulding, base and accessory trim items for partition systems; the installation of gypsum drywall materials, laminated gypsum systems, backing board and finish board; the fireproofing of beams, columns and chase; the installation of sound and thermal insulation materials; the installation of fixture attachments including all layout work and the preparation of all openings for lighting, air vents or other purposes, and all other necessary or related work in connection therewith; the installation, tying, and connection of all types of metal furring erected to receive the materials specified in this Article including but not limited to gypsum wall board, gypsum lath and metal lath and metal corner beads, ceiling heat panels, backing boards, installation of any material used as a base for thin coat plaster, acoustical material of mineral or fibre; the installation of lead baffles insulation material, bead board and rigid insulation, metal and/or plastic compositions, including monolithic adhesives or any material attached to the above described metal construction. Demolition work and dismantling of all re-usable material pertaining to the acoustic and drywall work jurisdiction shall be performed by employees covered by this Appendix. (b) The installation of all pre-built, either on-site, or off-site, light weight exterior component systems, such as but not limited to, EIFS Systems including all the metal framing, gypsum board, the insulation and all attachment including all welding related to this work. (c) No limitation shall be placed on the work covered by this Agreement trade jurisdiction by reason of the surface of texture or purpose for which the material described herein is used, designed or intended. (d) The trade jurisdiction includes the followinghandling, but is not limited to: A. Where necessary to avoid jurisdictional disputeschase including fire caulking, the Employer shall recognize such jurisdiction and the Union shall mutually agree upon establishing a composite crew for the assign such work in questionto employees covered by this Appendix.

WORK JURISDICTION. A. The scope of Association recognizes that the Union claims the following work covered by this Agreement includes the following, but is not limited to: A. The operation of man-liftswinches and jacks whether operated manually or operated mechanically by portable operating devices, hydraulic scaffolding used to handle material to be installed or erected by carpenters and aerial lifts. This agreement shall cover all products or new systems relating tagging and signaling incidental to the aforementioned hanging or aerial equipmenttrade. F. 13. The chemical cleaninghandling and installation of all prefabricated, water blastingprecut and modular structures, steam cleaningpre-engineered buildings, other types regardless of power washing composition. The erection, disassembling and hand cleaningrepair of metal, wood, or plastic forms for modular units. Installation The maintenance and operation of all systems that collect small generators, welding equipment, gas operated saws, electric saws, skill saws and other portable equipment used by carpenters in the performance of their work. WORK JURISDICTION. (b) Niches may be cast and stuck in place providing they do not exceed two (2) feet in width and four (4) feet in length. (c) Moldings clustered with enrichment may be cast. (d) Cornices may be cast where and when it is not practical to run in place with a mold. This has reference principally to light troughs, etc., that require electrical wiring or reflectors inside, and this does not include block or similar moldings that exceed six (6) feet in total length from mitre to mitre. (e) Beams, columns, and pilasters shall not be cast unless they are determined by the Parties to fall within totally enriched and have no members paralleling one another. Installation caissons, regardless of composition and requiring the use of power equipment, the framing and placing of all types timber, the making and setting of sealants all forms in connection with piers, wharves and trestles; earth anchor tie back system, deadmen, and rock anchors systems, geopiers®, helical piles and anchors, and similar foundation installations, pre-cast concrete beams when fabricated on job site to be used for capping of piles for buildings, the cutting and placing of all lagging and contact sheathing, the operation of all controls pertaining to pile driving or extracting when such controls are located remotely from the Operator Engineer, the demolition, repair and maintenance of all operations covered above; the erecting and dismantling at the job site and in the contractors yard of all materials and equipment used exclu- sively for any of the above operations, the preparation, xxxxxxx where necessary to maintain xxxx pressure and removing of all test loads; a pile driver shall be in attendance during test-loading of piling when manual testing equipment is being used, the handling of all materials pertaining to any and all of the above operations after delivery to the job site or storage yards – all burning, welding, cutting, shoring, underpinning and all tagging or signaling with any and all of the above operations including any work when members of the Union are working within the maximum boom radius of hoisting equipment. All preparation of piling, bracing, whalers, etc., done on the job site and into the contractor’s yards shall be done by the Union. The installation of temporary bridges, including deck systems, shall be done by members of the Union. When any materials are removed from a job for reassembly and returned to the same job, the work shall be done under the terms of this agree- ment. The preparation, setting and extraction of all stops or bulkheads in slurry-wall trenches and the dressing of drop chisels used in slurry-wall excavation shall be done by the Union. The assembly and hanging joining of all types of hanging platforms, baskets, boatswains chairs etc., including: setting up guard rails, electric motors, wire rope cable, rope falls, electric cables and other miscellaneous swing staging equipmentpipe under water where diving is necessary. Installation of C-hooks, out riggers, beams, counter weights, parapet clamps and Diving inspection excluded. Whenever any pile driving equipment is used on the like. All rigging and safety tie backs, installation of lifelines and other fall arrest procedures and equipment. All moving and relocation of power suspended platform equipment. The handling and setting of boilers, setting of fronts, setting of soot blowers and attaching of all boiler trimmings. 42. All pipe transportation lines for gas, oil, gasoline, fluids and liquids, water aqueducts and water lines, and boosters stations of every description. 43. All welding of any nature, type or description, brazing, lead burning, soldered and wiped joints, caulked joints, expanded joints, rolled joints or any other mode or method of making joints, in connection with the pipe fitting industry. 44. Laying out, cutting, bending and fabricating of all pipe work of every description, by whatever mode or method. 45. All methods of stress relieving of all pipe joints made by every mode or method. 46. The assembling and erection of tanks used for mechanical manufacturing or industrial purposes, to be assembled with bolts, packed or welded joints. 47. The handling of all materials in connection with the foregoing work, as well as the handling and using of all tools and equipment that may be necessary for the erection and installation of all work and materials used in the pipe fitting industry. 48. The operation, maintenance, repairing and servicing of all work installed by journeymen steamfitters and pipefitters. 49. All piping for cataracts, cascades, i.e. artificial water falls, make-up water fountains, captured waters, water towers, cooling towers, and spray ponds used for industrial, manufacturing, commercial or for any other purposes. 50. Piping herein specified means pipe made from metals, tile, glass, rubber, plastics, wood or any other kind of material product manufactured into pipe, usable in the pipe fitting industry, regardless of size or shapes. 51. Xxxxxxx and maintaining all electrical machines and equipment required for the execution of the work provided in this Article. 52. Handling, placing, erection, and maintenance of all heating, cooling, and air conditioning equipment regardless of the source of heat or energy. 53. All radon piping, geothermal piping, and seismic hangers of every description. Provided, however, that nothing herein contained shall require any Employer to violate, nullify or alter in any way any existing trade lines agreements between the Union and any other Local Unions. 54. Fire and safety watch for work covered in this Agreement. 55. All work performed in a UA Fabrication shop including piping, support steel, hangers and components. 56. All handling of tools, piping, parts and components and materials, including unloading, warehousing to distribution of the work covered by this Agreement includes the following, but is not limited to:Agreement. Perform all layout and cutting out framing of brickequipment foundations within the mechanical contractor’s scope, stone, marble, or other masonry joints and replacing of joints only. Replacing, pointing, patching, dutchman patching of brick, stone, terracotta, and all masonry materials. C. Installation of all types of sealants including but not limited to: epoxiesto pumps, siliconescompressors, boilers and urethanesany h.v.a.c. Application of all clear weatherproofing and waterproofing materials used in pointing, cleaning, caulking, weatherproofing, waterproofing and expansion joints on all types of construction and shall cover or process piping associated with the following but not limited to: Concrete, Brick, Concrete Block, Marble, Stone, Tile, Precast Concrete, Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete, Exterior Insulated Finish System, Plaster, Metal Windows, Storefronts, Curtain Wall, Glass Blocks, Hollow Metal, Fire Caulking, rainscreen walls and Caulking of Cementicous Panels. D. This Agreement shall cover all epoxy injection, epoxy grouting, epoxy coatings, and epoxy sealants. All above grade weatherproofing and waterproofing, deck coatings and below grade damproofing. E. The assembly and hanging of all types of hanging platforms, baskets, boatswains chairs etc., including: setting up guard rails, electric motors, wire rope cable, rope falls, electric cables and other miscellaneous swing staging equipment. Installation of C-hooks, out riggers, beams, counter weights, parapet clamps and the like. All rigging and safety tie backs, installation of lifelines and other fall arrest procedures and equipment. All moving and relocation of power suspended platform equipment. The operation of man-lifts, hydraulic scaffolding and aerial lifts. This agreement shall cover all products or new systems relating to the aforementioned hanging or aerial equipment. F. The chemical cleaning, water blasting, steam cleaning, other types of power washing and hand cleaning. Dry cleaning, sand blasting, power cleaning with limestone dust and crushed glass, etc. Installation and operation of all systems that collect any material after use. Paint stripping, chemical or mechanical. Mixing mortars, striping, drilling, pinning, and anchoring masonry material. Selective captured demolition for replacement with same or like material, and rebuilding of masonry., Torch cutting and welding, shelf angle and lintel replacement, flashing and epoxy anchoring as related to masonry repairs. Brick, stone, and concrete restoration and patching - including all preparatory work, chipping, sawing, clean-up and coating. Masonry and concrete chimney and smoke stack repair, terra cotta repairs and replacement, toothing of brick and stone, application of clear repellent waterproofing, application of cement base or acrylic coatings on masonry materials. Mold making and fabrication of specialty masonry and stone items. Installation of fiberglass, plastic gypsum, reinforced concrete, pre-cast, GFRC, and vinyl substitutes etc. when being replaced or substituted for masonry materials. G. Application of carbon fiber, epoxy fabric wrap and banding systems for the restoration and retrofit on concrete or masonry. H. In addition, this Agreement shall cover all other assignments mutually agreed upon by the Parties to this Agreement on any other building products or systems related to the scope and type of work covered by this Agreement that are determined by the Parties Agreement. 59. Cryogenic vent piping off of “MRI” magnetic resonance imaging machine. 60. Installation of support steel for mechanical equipment whether temporary or permanent. 61. Methane gas-all piping for landfills, whether venting or extracting. 62. Install all VESDA piping. 63. Install all medical gas piping and related equipment and supports. 64. All patent scaffold up to fall within the work jurisdiction 14 feet or 2 1/2 sections. 65. Vent piping off of this Agreementcondensing furnace. I. 66. The Union installation, maintenance, modification and signatory Contractors recognize that a portion testing of the work describedall power plant piping of every description. This includes all boiler and turbine piping systems and associated components, (excluding B)valves, in this Agreement is claimed by other Unionscontrols, instru- ments, pipe supports and pipe hangers. 67. Where necessary to avoid jurisdictional disputesThe installation, the Employer maintenance and the Union shall mutually agree upon establishing a composite crew for the work in questionmodification of any “green building system” piping and piping sys- tems, including all components, controls, hangers and supports. 68. Installation of all pneumatic and vacuum conveyor systems. 69. Fire Stopping of pipe and fixture penetration sleeves.
