Common use of WORK JURISDICTION Clause in Contracts

WORK JURISDICTION. The scope of work covered by this Agreement includes the following, but is not limited to: A. All washing down, cleaning, caulking, pointing and weatherproofing of brick, stone or marble work shall be performed by Pointer, Cleaner, Caulkers; including caulking and cleaning of all types of masonry (including precast masonry and concrete panels) and caulking of all window frames encased in brick, stone, concrete or other masonry. B. All grinding and cutting out of brick, stone, marble, or other masonry joints and replacing of joints only. Replacing, pointing, patching, dutchman patching of brick, stone, terracotta, and all masonry materials. C. Installation of all types of sealants including but not limited to: epoxies, silicones, and urethanes. Application of all clear weatherproofing and waterproofing materials used in pointing, cleaning, caulking, weatherproofing, waterproofing and expansion joints on all types of construction and shall cover the following but not limited to: Concrete, Brick, Concrete Block, Marble, Stone, Tile, Precast Concrete, Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete, Exterior Insulated Finish System, Plaster, Metal Windows, Storefronts, Curtain Wall, Glass Blocks, Hollow Metal, Fire Caulking, rainscreen walls and Caulking of Cementicous Panels. D. This Agreement shall cover all epoxy injection, epoxy grouting, epoxy coatings, and epoxy sealants. All above grade weatherproofing and waterproofing, deck coatings and below grade damproofing. E. The assembly and hanging of all types of hanging platforms, baskets, boatswains chairs etc., including: setting up guard rails, electric motors, wire rope cable, rope falls, electric cables and other miscellaneous swing staging equipment. Installation of C-hooks, out riggers, beams, counter weights, parapet clamps and the like. All rigging and safety tie backs, installation of lifelines and other fall arrest procedures and equipment. All moving and relocation of power suspended platform equipment. The operation of man-lifts, hydraulic scaffolding and aerial lifts. This agreement shall cover all products or new systems relating to the aforementioned hanging or aerial equipment. F. The chemical cleaning, water blasting, steam cleaning, other types of power washing and hand cleaning. Dry cleaning, sand blasting, power cleaning with limestone dust and crushed glass, etc. Installation and operation of all systems that collect any material after use. Paint stripping, chemical or mechanical. Mixing mortars, striping, drilling, pinning, and anchoring masonry material. Selective captured demolition for replacement with same or like material, and rebuilding of masonry., Torch cutting and welding, shelf angle and lintel replacement, flashing and epoxy anchoring as related to masonry repairs. Brick, stone, and concrete restoration and patching - including all preparatory work, chipping, sawing, clean-up and coating. Masonry and concrete chimney and smoke stack repair, terra cotta repairs and replacement, toothing of brick and stone, application of clear repellent waterproofing, application of cement base or acrylic coatings on masonry materials. Mold making and fabrication of specialty masonry and stone items. Installation of fiberglass, plastic gypsum, reinforced concrete, pre-cast, GFRC, and vinyl substitutes etc. when being replaced or substituted for masonry materials. G. Application of carbon fiber, epoxy fabric wrap and banding systems for the restoration and retrofit on concrete or masonry. H. In addition, this Agreement shall cover all other assignments mutually agreed upon by the Parties to this Agreement on any other building products or systems related to the scope and type of work covered by this Agreement that are determined by the Parties to fall within the work jurisdiction of this Agreement I. The Union and signatory Contractors recognize that a portion of the work described, (excluding B), in this Agreement is claimed by other Unions. Where necessary to avoid jurisdictional disputes, the Employer and the Union shall mutually agree upon establishing a composite crew for the work in question.

WORK JURISDICTION. (Special Provision) (a) The scope employer recognizes the trade jurisdiction of the Council and agrees to assign work of such jurisdiction to the employees covered by this Appendix. For purposes of the Acoustic and Drywall trade, the trade jurisdiction of the Council shall consist of, but shall not be limited to the following: The installation of all materials and component parts of all types of ceilings regardless of their material composition or method or manner of their installation, attachment or connection, including but not limited to all hangers, carrying channels, cross furring stiffeners, braces, all bars regardless of material or method of attachment, all integrated gypsum board, all integrated ceilings, ceiling heat panels, all radiant ceiling heat fill, all main tees, cross tees, splines, splays, wall and ceiling angles or mouldings, all backing board and all finish ceiling materials regardless of method of installation; all work in connection with the installation, erection and/or application of all materials and component parts of walls and partitions regardless of their material composition or method or manner of their installation, attachment or connection, including but not limited to all floor and ceiling runners, metal studs, stiffeners, cross bracing's, fire- blocking, resilient channels and furring channels; the installation of metal door and window frames, metal casing, metal trim and metal plaster stops, moulding, base and accessory trim items for partition systems; the installation of gypsum drywall materials, laminated gypsum systems, backing board and finish board; the fireproofing of beams, columns and chase; the installation of sound and thermal insulation materials; the installation of fixture attachments including all layout work and the preparation of all openings for lighting, air vents or other purposes, and all other necessary or related work in connection therewith; the installation, tying, and connection of all types of metal furring erected to receive the materials specified in this Article including but not limited to gypsum wall board, gypsum lath and metal lath and metal corner beads, ceiling heat panels, backing boards, installation of any material used as a base for thin coat plaster, acoustical material of mineral or fibre; the installation of lead baffles insulation material, bead board and rigid insulation, metal and/or plastic compositions, including monolithic adhesives or any material attached to the above described metal construction. Demolition work and dismantling of all re-usable material pertaining to the acoustic and drywall work jurisdiction shall be performed by employees covered by this Appendix. (b) The installation of all pre-built, either on-site, or off-site, light weight exterior component systems, such as but not limited to, EIFS Systems including all the metal framing, gypsum board, the insulation and all attachment including all welding related to this work. (c) No limitation shall be placed on the work covered by this Agreement trade jurisdiction by reason of the surface of texture or purpose for which the material described herein is used, designed or intended. (d) The trade jurisdiction includes the followinghandling, but is not limited to: A. (e) In geographic areas where members of xxx Xxxxxxxxxx Union have traditionally performed taping, the work jurisdiction fireproofing of this Agreement I. The Union beams, columns and signatory Contractors recognize that a portion of the work described, (excluding B), in this Agreement is claimed by other Unions. Where necessary to avoid jurisdictional disputeschase including fire caulking, the Employer shall recognize such jurisdiction and the Union shall mutually agree upon establishing a composite crew for the assign such work in questionto employees covered by this Appendix.

WORK JURISDICTION. A. The scope of Association recognizes that the Union claims the following work covered by this Agreement includes the following, but is not limited to: A. All washing down, cleaning, caulking, pointing jurisdiction: The terms "carpenters" and weatherproofing of brick, stone or marble work "joiners" shall be performed by Pointersynonymous. 1. The prefabrication, Cleanerfabrication and construction of forms for footings or foundations of houses, Caulkers; including caulking and cleaning buildings structures of all descriptions, whether made of wood, plastic or any other material, the erecting of structural parts of a house, building or structure made of wood, precast concrete or any substitute such as plastics, or composition materials, putting together roofs, partitions, fabricating or erecting forms for decking or other structural parts of houses, buildings, or any structure and stripping and dismantling of all forms. The fabrication, erecting and dismantling of all falsework. Where power is used for the setting or dismantling of forms or any other material erected by Carpenters, the Xxxxxxxxx will do all handling, tagging and signaling. The fabrication and / or setting of all templates including anchor bolts necessary for structural members or machinery and the placing and / or leveling of these bolts is included. The shoring of banks, slopes, holes, including the driving of sheeting in areas where Carpenters perform work. 4. All framing in connection with the setting of metal columns. The setting of all forms, centers, imbedded wood and bulkheads of any type of material including expanding metal; the fabrication and setting of screeds and stakes for concrete and mastic floors where the screed is notched or fitted or moulded or made up of more than one member and the setting of all screed and forms pertaining to slope protection. Setting, assembly and maintenance of screed machines and lining and leveling of the track. The making and setting of all forms used in concrete work. The handling, installing and stripping of adjustable bar or span-all joists. 5. The installation of all louvres and all moulding, column covers and trim made of wood, metal, plastic or composition, installing of run-strips for plumbers or other trade or cutting for pipes through floors, joists or partitions composed entirely or in part of wood or other material erected by Carpenters. The installation of all framework, partitions and trim, materials for toilets and bathrooms made of wood, metal or plastic or composition materials; bathroom partitions, accessories and their backing made of wood, plastic, metal or any other material; fastening on all wooden, plastic or composition cleats to iron work or any other material; the erecting and installation of stran steel or similar material; cutting and hanging all lumber or other material between girders and joists for fire proofing or concrete centers; setting and hanging of all sash, doors, inside and outside blinds, windows and other frames; erection or application of all shingles, standing seam roofs and all other types of masonry (architectural metal building applications including precast masonry roofs, vertical seam steel siding, aluminum siding, siding wallboard, or sheets composed of wood pulp, plastic, plaster, transite or composition materials or any combination of any of the above with any other material including combined or faced with metal regardless of the manner attached; the erection and concrete panels) assembly of interior and caulking exterior signs or displays of all window frames encased in bricktypes; set up and dismantle of all displays, stonesigns, banners, kiosks and tents whether temporary or permanent; unloading, handling and erection of all wood, metal, plastic and composition partitions; cutting and applying of all furring; making and fastening of wood brackets for metal ceilings and side walls; erecting of all furring regardless of composition, and putting on all grounds for plaster or cement finish. 6. The building, erection and dismantling of all staging and scaffolding regardless of height where carpenters shall perform work thereon, whether wooden, tubular, mobile, stationary or otherwise, including "Xxxxxx" type scaffolding and other self-rising scaffolding; the maintenance, repair and jacking of all mechanical scaffolding such as "Xxxxxx" scaffolding; the building and constructing of all derricks; the erection and dismantling of elevators and towers, such as concrete conveyors and temporary material elevators, scaffolding or other masonry. B. All grinding structures to be used as scaffolding inside or outside buildings, the making of mortar boards, boxes and cutting out trestles; putting in needle uprights; all shoring of brickbuildings, stonerazing and moving buildings whether commercial or residential, marble, or other masonry joints jacking and replacing of joints onlylifting. Replacing, pointing, patching, dutchman patching of brick, stone, terracotta, and all masonry materials. C. Installation of all types work related to boardwalks and all related components. 7. Fitting, installation and fastening of sealants stops, beads and molding in doors and windows; framing of all false work, derricks and hoists, travelers and all lumber or material used in the building and construction industry; putting on of all hardware; putting up interior and exterior trim or finish of wood or substitute material. The hanging, setting and installation of wood, metal or plastic doors, including but not limited to: epoxiesto fire, siliconesformica, overhead and security doors, sash, jambs, bucks, including freestanding bucks, casings, moldings, chair rails, mantels base or mop boards wainscoting furniture, china closets, kitchen cabinets, serving counters, booths, wardrobes, non-electrical bells, mail slots, interviewers, knockers, louvers, kickplates and installation of bowling alleys, and urethanes. Application installation of all clear weatherproofing and waterproofing materials used in pointing, cleaning, caulking, weatherproofing, waterproofing and expansion joints on all types displays; setting of construction and shall cover the following but not limited to: Concrete, Brick, Concrete Block, Marble, Stone, Tile, Precast Concrete, Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete, Exterior Insulated Finish System, Plaster, Metal Windows, Storefronts, Curtain Wall, Glass Blocks, Hollow Metal, Fire Caulking, rainscreen walls and Caulking of Cementicous Panels. D. This Agreement shall cover all epoxy injection, epoxy grouting, epoxy coatings, and epoxy sealants. All above grade weatherproofing and waterproofing, deck coatings and below grade damproofing. E. The assembly and hanging vanities of all types with or without fixtures, all lockers, regardless of hanging platformstheir composition. 8. The manufacturing and erecting of cooling towers, basketsrefrigeration buildings and rooms, boatswains chairs etc.sauna baths and tanks. The erection and installation of all hospital and laboratory Clean Rooms and associated equipment & accessories and all other work associated with Infectious Control Risk Assessment (ICRA). The installation of wood, including: setting up guard railsplastic or metal awnings, electric motorsdoor shelters, wire rope cablemarquees, rope fallsjalousies and plastic roofs. The laying and finishing of all floors including wood, electric cables knitter house floor tile or liquid substances for floor tile, cork, asphalt, linoleum, vinyl, rubber, liquid, Astroturf type covering and other miscellaneous swing staging equipmentsynthetic turf products or any other type of resilient floor covering, the preparation of various floors for receiving any of said types of flooring or covering. Installation of Celevated and floating floors. The installation of rugs, carpets, draperies, tracks, cubicles and curtains. The application of acoustic tile whether glued or nailed; acoustical suspended ceilings in their entirety; and all insulation of all types including bats or blankets, whether rigid or otherwise, whether nailed, glued or blown. 9. Building, handling, installing, unloading and erecting stairs, store, office, bank and other fixtures, furniture, wrapped, bundled, crated or not, refrigeration cases, whether for display or otherwise and walk-hooksin boxes, out riggersshelving, beamsracks whether of wood or other material; making and fitting of screens; putting on weather strips and caulking. The installation of laboratory equipment including cabinets and overhead air handling units, counter weightsfume hoods, parapet clamps alborene stone tops, xxxxx and work benches, whether wood or metal, medicine cabinets with or without mirrors, or electrical fixtures, bookcases, including Xxxxxxx type bookcases, fume cabinets, and cabinets either separately or used in conjunction with heating and / or air conditioning units, blackboards, bulletin boards, billboards, meter boards and boards of all types. The receiving, unloading, handling, installation, erection and dismantling for re-use of all seating facilities. 10. The handling and installation of lumber, fixtures, trim and other material including exterior and interior metal studs, drywall and gypsum wallboard of all types, regardless of finish. Drywall taping and finishing. The erection of porcelain enameled panels, glass-weld type panels, wood, Masonite, corespan and transite type and metal siding. The assembling and setting of all seats in theaters, halls, churches, schools, banks, stadiums and open-air theaters and other buildings; installing wood, metal, plastic, corner beads, gypsum, tectum or similar planking and any material which receives poured gypsum; erecting mortar and brick hoists and concrete distributors used in erecting buildings or fireproofing floors or for pouring concrete buildings, building and repairing coal pockets, breakers, washers, tripples; setting of forms for sidewalks, sidewalk lights, curbs within property lines and on highway structures, utility vaults within the property lines, gutters; erection and installation of hampers, trash, garbage, laundry or mail chutes regardless of composition of material and all welding and burning incidental to carpentry. Setting and welding of armor joints, expansion joints, or any other imbedded item. The installation of cork, Styrofoam, urethane, foamglass or any other form of insulation material used in construction of walk-in boxes, refrigerators, freezers, coolers, foundations and all interior and exterior sidewalls, roofs and ceilings, etc. and the likeinstallation of doors thereto. 11. All rigging and safety tie backsfitting, installation mortising or boring of lifelines and other fall arrest procedures and equipment. All moving and relocation of power suspended platform equipmentholes for hardware on doors must be done on the job site, except pre-finished doors, metal doors, specially finished doors or when otherwise required by Architects specifications. 12. The operation of man-liftswinches and jacks whether operated manually or operated mechanically by portable operating devices, hydraulic scaffolding used to handle material to be installed or erected by carpenters and aerial lifts. This agreement shall cover all products or new systems relating tagging and signaling incidental to the aforementioned hanging or aerial equipmenttrade. F. 13. The chemical cleaninghandling and installation of all prefabricated, water blastingprecut and modular structures, steam cleaningpre-engineered buildings, other types regardless of power washing composition. The erection, disassembling and hand cleaningrepair of metal, wood, or plastic forms for modular units. Dry cleaningThe handling and installation of all wood, sand blasting, power cleaning with limestone dust and crushed glass, etcvinyl or composite fencing. 14. Installation The maintenance and operation of all systems that collect small generators, welding equipment, gas operated saws, electric saws, skill saws and other portable equipment used by carpenters in the performance of their work. Maintain shall mean starting, stopping, oiling, greasing, gassing, handling and sharpening, if done on the job site and when requested by the employer, repairs on the job site. 15. All work in relation to the installation of Photovoltaic Energy Systems (Solar Panels) to include the following: foundations, anchorbolts, supports, brackets, pans, racks, positioning motors, counterweights and supporting structures of any kind regardless of material after useor design. H. In addition, this Agreement shall cover all other assignments mutually agreed upon by the Parties to this Agreement on any other building products or systems related to the scope and type of work covered by this Agreement that are determined by the Parties to fall within the work jurisdiction of this Agreement I. I. The Union and signatory Contractors recognize that a portion of the work described, (excluding B), in this Agreement is claimed by other Unions. Where necessary to avoid jurisdictional disputes, the Employer and the Union shall mutually agree upon establishing a composite crew for the work in question.

WORK JURISDICTION. The scope of work covered by this Agreement includes shall include but not be limited to the followingfollowing described work: Section 1: The installation, carrying, transportation, handling, stocking, and scrapping of all materials and component parts of all types of ceilings regardless of their material or composition or method or manner of installation, attachment or connection, including but is not limited to:to all hangers, carrying channels, cross furring, stiffeners, braces, all bars, regardless of material or method of attachment, all integrated gypsum wallboard ceiling heat panels, all radiant heat ceiling backing, all main tees, all cross tees, all splines, all wall and ceiling angles or moldings, all backing board and all finish ceiling materials, regardless of method or manner of installation. A. Section 2: All washing downwork in connection with the installation, cleaningerection, caulkingand/or application, pointing carrying, transportation, handling, stocking, and weatherproofing scrapping of brickall materials and componentparts of walls and partitions, stone regardless of their material composition or marble method or manner of their installation, attachment, or connection, including but not limited to all floor and ceiling runners, studs, stiffeners, cross bracings, fire blocking, resilient channels, furring channels, doors and windows, including frames, gypsum drywall materials, laminated gypsum systems, backing board for all systems as well as taping and finishing of drywall surfaces. Fixture attachments including all layout work, preparation of all openings for lighting, air vents, or other purposes, and all other necessary or related work in connection therewith. Section 3: It is further specifically understood that the installation, tying and connection of all types of light iron and metal studs and all types of light iron furring erected to receivethe materials specified in this Article, including but not limited to gypsum wallboard, walls, partitions, gypsum wallboard ceiling heat panels, backing boards, plastic, or acoustical materials or any material attached to the above described light iron construction is specifically included in the work covered by this Agreement. Section 4: This Agreement specifically covers all drywall hangers, installers, finishers, painters, plasterers and scaffold builders and all other employees performing work within the jurisdiction of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters. This Agreement shall cover any and all drywall finishing and any and all interior and/or exterior wall finish work, including EIFS, and other wet wall finish work, and all such work shall be performed by Pointer, Cleaner, Caulkers; including caulking and cleaning of all types of masonry (including precast masonry and concrete panels) and caulking of all window frames encased in brick, stone, concrete or other masonry. B. All grinding and cutting out of brick, stone, marble, or other masonry joints and replacing of joints only. Replacing, pointing, patching, dutchman patching of brick, stone, terracotta, and all masonry materials. C. Installation of all types of sealants including but not limited to: epoxies, silicones, and urethanes. Application of all clear weatherproofing and waterproofing materials used in pointing, cleaning, caulking, weatherproofing, waterproofing and expansion joints on all types of construction and shall cover Carpenters under the following but not limited to: Concrete, Brick, Concrete Block, Marble, Stone, Tile, Precast Concrete, Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete, Exterior Insulated Finish System, Plaster, Metal Windows, Storefronts, Curtain Wall, Glass Blocks, Hollow Metal, Fire Caulking, rainscreen walls and Caulking of Cementicous Panels. D. This Agreement shall cover all epoxy injection, epoxy grouting, epoxy coatings, and epoxy sealants. All above grade weatherproofing and waterproofing, deck coatings and below grade damproofing. E. The assembly and hanging of all types of hanging platforms, baskets, boatswains chairs etc., including: setting up guard rails, electric motors, wire rope cable, rope falls, electric cables and other miscellaneous swing staging equipment. Installation of C-hooks, out riggers, beams, counter weights, parapet clamps and the like. All rigging and safety tie backs, installation of lifelines and other fall arrest procedures and equipment. All moving and relocation of power suspended platform equipment. The operation of man-lifts, hydraulic scaffolding and aerial lifts. This agreement shall cover all products or new systems relating to the aforementioned hanging or aerial equipment. F. The chemical cleaning, water blasting, steam cleaning, other types of power washing and hand cleaning. Dry cleaning, sand blasting, power cleaning with limestone dust and crushed glass, etc. Installation and operation of all systems that collect any material after use. Paint stripping, chemical or mechanical. Mixing mortars, striping, drilling, pinning, and anchoring masonry material. Selective captured demolition for replacement with same or like material, and rebuilding of masonry., Torch cutting and welding, shelf angle and lintel replacement, flashing and epoxy anchoring as related to masonry repairs. Brick, stone, and concrete restoration and patching - including all preparatory work, chipping, sawing, clean-up and coating. Masonry and concrete chimney and smoke stack repair, terra cotta repairs and replacement, toothing of brick and stone, application of clear repellent waterproofing, application of cement base or acrylic coatings on masonry materials. Mold making and fabrication of specialty masonry and stone items. Installation of fiberglass, plastic gypsum, reinforced concrete, pre-cast, GFRC, and vinyl substitutes etc. when being replaced or substituted for masonry materials. G. Application of carbon fiber, epoxy fabric wrap and banding systems for the restoration and retrofit on concrete or masonry. H. In addition, this Agreement shall cover all other assignments mutually agreed upon by the Parties to this Agreement on any other building products or systems related to the scope and type of work covered by this Agreement that are determined by the Parties to fall within the work jurisdiction terms of this Agreement I. WORK JURISDICTION. The scope Employer shall recognize the Jurisdiction of work covered by this Agreement includes the followingUnion, including but is not limited to: A. All washing downto Carpentry, cleaningMillwrighting, caulkingWharf and Dock Building, pointing and weatherproofing of brick, stone or marble work shall be performed by Pointer, Cleaner, Caulkers; including caulking and cleaning of all types of masonry Floorlaying (including precast masonry and concrete panelsas per Local 251 Agreement) and caulking of all window frames encased in brickLathing. The parties hereto agree to be bound by the following work jurisdiction, stone, concrete or other masonry. B. All grinding and cutting out of brick, stone, marble, or other masonry joints and replacing of joints only. Replacing, pointing, patching, dutchman patching of brick, stone, terracotta, and all masonry materials. C. Installation of all types of sealants including but not limited to: epoxiesThe Employer agrees that any work of the nature set forth in this Article 10 of this Agreement, siliconesperformed by or for the Employer, is and shall be assigned by the Employer to employees covered hereby and represented by the Council, and urethanes. Application further agrees to recognize and observe the jurisdiction rights and claims of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, the Council, and employees represented by them, to such work as such rights and claims heretofore have been or hereafter may be determined. Section 1 The unloading, stock-piling, general distribution and specific distribution to point of erection or installation, the carrying, handling, transportation (regardless of packaging or protection), the demolition and replacement of, the erection of, the cleaning, and touch-up, of all clear weatherproofing and waterproofing materials used in pointingCeiling Materials, cleaning, caulking, weatherproofing, waterproofing and expansion joints on all types of construction component parts of all types of Ceiling, all MetalPan Ceilings, and shall cover all Grid Systems ... regardless of their material or composition or method or manner of installation, attachment or connection; cross furring, stiffeners, braces, all bars regardless of material or method of attachment; all integrated gypsum wallboard ceiling heat panels, all radiant heat ceiling backing, all main tees, all cross tees, all splines, all wall and ceiling angles or moldings, all backing board and insulation and all finish ceiling materials, regardless of method or manner of installation; and all layout work, including the following use of a level, transit, laser, and any other instrument or tool in use or adaptable to the work herein; and all lay-out and cutting of holes in the ceiling tiles for any reason. (a) All work in connection with the unloading, carrying, transportation, handling, stocking, distribution, installation, erection and/or application of all gypsum board and of all dry wall materials, regardless of composition, and regardless of the method or manner of their installation, attachment or connection, including but not limited to all floor and ceiling runners, studs, stiffeners, cross bracings, fire blocking, resilient channels, furring channels, doors and windows (including frames, casing, molding, base systems); prefinished panels (including vinylcovered gypsum board) for interior or exterior use, corrugated metal wall panels, movable partitions, regardless of composition and accessories, the handling of all these items regardless of the packaging or protection used; backing board for all systems (including but not limited to thin coat and other finished systems); plastic and/or paint finished bases, finish board; fireproofing of beams, columns, and chases, (except sprayed on); rigid, sound and thermal insulation materials, also insulation used for the purposes, but not limited to: Concrete, Brickfiresafing, Concrete Blocksoundproofing, Marble, Stone, Tile, Precast Concrete, Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete, Exterior Insulated Finish System, Plaster, Metal Windows, Storefronts, Curtain Wall, Glass Blocks, Hollow Metal, Fire Caulking, rainscreen walls thermal and Caulking of Cementicous Panels. D. This Agreement shall cover all epoxy injection, epoxy grouting, epoxy coatings, and epoxy sealants. All above grade weatherproofing and waterproofing, deck coatings and below grade damproofing. E. The assembly and hanging of all types of hanging platformssprayed on insulation, baskets, boatswains chairs etc.; fixture attachments, including: setting up guard railspreparation of all openings for lighting, electric motorsair vents or other purposes. (b) All work in connection with the handling, wire rope cablecutting, rope fallsfitting and installation of gypsum board, electric cables and other miscellaneous swing staging equipment. Installation of C-hooks, out riggers, beams, counter weights, parapet clamps and the liketo be used as insulation and/ or as a fire retardant on field assembled insulated metal panels. All rigging work in connection with the handling, cutting, fitting, and safety tie backs, installation of lifelines gypsum board which may be used for supply duct, shaft walls, exhaust duct and bathroom ventilation risers (including metal framing, grilles and louvers), and regardless of the purpose, type or method or manner of installation, attachment or connection (free standing or connected); all layout work including the use of the level, transit, laser, and any other fall arrest procedures and equipmentinstrument or tool in use or adaptable to the work herein described in this Section 2. All moving clean-up of work area, removal of scrap and relocation waste material, and all other necessary or related work in connection therewith including the installation of power suspended platform equipment. The operation of man-lifts, hydraulic scaffolding and aerial lifts. This agreement shall cover all products or new systems relating to the aforementioned hanging or aerial equipmenttrash chutes. F. (c) The chemical cleaningXxxxxxxxx’x work jurisdiction concerning the unloading of unfinished gypsum drywall and insulation materials as described in this Section 2, water blastingand cleanup, steam cleaningshall be performed in accordance with the past tradition as previously performed by the individual contractor. (d) This Agreement covers all work in connection with the installation and erection of all temporary protection, other types of power washing and hand cleaning. Dry cleaningdustproof partitions, sand blasting, power cleaning with limestone dust and crushed glassenclosures, etc. Installation including but not limited to floor protection. (e) This Agreement covers all work in connection with the handling, distribution, installation and operation of all systems that collect any material after use. Paint stripping, chemical or mechanical. Mixing mortars, striping, drilling, pinning, and anchoring masonry material. Selective captured demolition for replacement with same or like material, and rebuilding of masonry., Torch cutting and welding, shelf angle and lintel replacement, flashing and epoxy anchoring as related to masonry repairs. Brick, stone, and concrete restoration and patching - including all preparatory work, chipping, sawing, clean-up and coating. Masonry and concrete chimney and smoke stack repair, terra cotta repairs and replacement, toothing of brick and stone, application of clear repellent waterproofing, application of cement base or acrylic coatings on masonry materials. Mold making and fabrication of specialty masonry and stone items. Installation of fiberglass, plastic gypsum, reinforced concrete, pre-cast, GFRC, and vinyl substitutes etc. when being replaced or substituted all Infectious Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) for masonry materialshospital work. G. Application of carbon fiber, epoxy fabric wrap and banding systems for Section 3 No limitation shall be placed on the restoration and retrofit on concrete or masonry. H. In addition, this Agreement shall cover all other assignments mutually agreed upon by the Parties to this Agreement on any other building products or systems related to the scope and type of work covered by this Agreement that are determined by the Parties to fall within the work jurisdiction of this Agreement I. The Union and signatory Contractors recognize that a portion reason of the surface or texture or purpose for which the materials described herein are used, designed, or intended. Section 4 It is understood that the installation and attachment of the miscellaneous iron and steel to serve as support systems pertaining to any work described, (excluding B), outlined in this Agreement is claimed by other Unions. Where necessary to avoid jurisdictional disputes, the Employer and the Union unloading, distribution, and installation of unistrut shall mutually agree upon establishing a composite crew be done by the Employees covered under this Agreement. It is further understood that the installation, fastening, and connection of all types of light iron and metal studs, interior and exterior light gauge steel, framing, and all types of furring, regardless of composition, erected to receive the materials specified in this Agreement, including but not limited to gypsum wallboard (plain, vinyl-covered, sheet-lead lined), walls, partitions, ceiling heat panels, backing boards, plastic or acoustical materials, Kydex, FRP, or any material attached to the above described construction, is specifically included in the work covered by this Agreement if it is included in the Employer’s contract. Section 5 All work pertaining to the unloading, handling, stockpiling, distribution (regardless of the packaging or protection used) of all floor materials, installation, fabrication, and application of elevated, raised or access floor systems, including trim members, ramps, steps, facias, perforated and grilled air panels, table cut-outs, and all lay-out and cutting or drilling of holes in all raised floor systems; and other necessary or related work for the installation of all accessories related to laying, scraping and sanding, either by machine or by hand, and the finishing; all wood parquet and special designs of wood, wood blocks, wood composition, metal, tile, cork, asphalt, mastic, whether nailed or applied with adhesives; and all layout work, including the use of the level, transit, laser, and any other instrument or tool in use or adaptable to the work herein. (a) All work pertaining to the unloading, handling, stockpiling, distribution (regardless of the packaging or protection used) of all materials for the preparation, fabrication, installation, and/or erection in questionall structures of all interior and exterior work made of wood, wood pulp, aluminum, metal, plastic, transite, raw glass, porcelain, enamel, composition materials (or any other combination); and also including but not limited to toilet room partitions, vanities and bathroom accessories; cabinets, fire extinguisher cabinets, cases, store displays, fixtures, raw glass shelves, mirrors, seating, stairs, walk-in coolers, refrigerators and environmental rooms, prefabricated metal buildings and modular buildings, prisons, jails and cell work including but not limited too, beds, benches, bunks, chairs, tables, and mirrors, laboratory equipment, dressers, wardrobes, china closets, ornamental work, panel work, wainscoting, partitions, showcases, wall cases, doors, door maintenance, locks and locksmithing, jambs, trim, hardware, moldings, weather-stripping including but not limited to wood, metal, vinyl-clad, etc., or made of any type composition or material being used for any installation, metal bucks, doors and partitions, draperies, drapery track, cubicle track, curtains, curtain rods and accessories, curtain pockets, blinds, venetian blinds, blackboards, marker boards, bulletin boards; and all layout work including the use of the level, transit, laser, and any other instrument or tool in use or adaptable to the work described herein. All work pertaining to unloading, handling, stock piling, distribution and installation (regardless of the packaging or protection used) of all exterior material made of wood, wood pulp, aluminum, metal, plastic, transite, porcelain enamel or foam material (or any other combination) of all prefabricated, modular structures, and pre-engineered buildings, including but not limited to windows, doors, frames, hardware, overhead doors, dock levelers and dock bumpers, regardless of their material or composition, method or manner or type of installation, attachment or connection.

WORK JURISDICTION. The scope of work Section 1. Plasterers covered by this Agreement shall have jurisdiction over the following work, without limitation: All interior or exterior plastering of cement, stucco, stone imitation or any patent material when cast, the setting of same, and corner beads when stuck, mechanically fastened or attached by any means. This includes the followingplastering and finishing of hot composition material in vats, but is not limited to: A. All washing down, cleaning, caulking, compartments or wherever applies; also the taping and pointing and weatherproofing of brick, stone or marble work shall be performed by Pointer, Cleaner, Caulkers; including caulking and cleaning of all types of masonry joints, skim coating (including precast masonry and concrete panelslevel 5) and caulking all other methods, nail holes and bruises on wallboard and/or drywall, regardless of all window frames encased the type of materials or tools used; also the setting in brickplace of plasterboards, stoneground blocks, concrete or other masonry. B. All grinding and cutting out of brickpatent dots, stonecork plates, marble, or other masonry joints and replacing of joints only. Replacing, pointing, patching, dutchman patching of brick, stone, terracottabrownstones, and all masonry materials. C. Installation acoustical tile including temporary nailing, cutting and fitting in connection with the sticking of all types of sealants same. All specialty finishes such as veneer, venetian, marmoreno and grasello. All custom and specialty finishes including imitation finishes, including but not limited to: epoxiesto custom rock, siliconesbrick and block veneer, imitation marble, stone, wood and any other imitation theme. Section 2. All acoustic blocks, regardless of thickness, when stuck, mechanically fastened or attached by any other means shall be the work of the Plasterers covered by this Agreement. Also the sticking, nailing, and urethanes. Application screwing of all clear weatherproofing composition caps and waterproofing materials used in pointingornaments shall be the work of the Plasterers. The preparing, cleaningscratching and xxxxxxxx of ceilings and walls when finished with terrazzo or tile, allowing sufficient thickness to allow the applying of the terrazzo or tile and the application of any plastic material to the same shall be the work of Plasterers covered by this Agreement. The work of the Plasterers also includes: All phases of interior and exterior insulating foam systems from the cutting and sticking of the foam board out to a finished product. The preparation, installation, caulking, weatherproofingsealing and repair of all interior and exterior insulation systems, waterproofing and expansion joints on all types of construction and shall cover the following including, but not limited to: Concrete, Brickfoam systems, Concrete Blockbead boards, Marbleoutsulation, Stoneultralation, Tilelead abatement, Precast Concreteescapsulation and Section 3. All casting shall be done by Plasterers covered by this Agreement. The applying of any plastic material to soffits, Glass Fiber Reinforced Concreteceilings and perpendicular work, Exterior Insulated Finish Systemand the finishing, Plasterrubbing, Metal Windowspolishing and cleaning, Storefrontswhether done by hand, Curtain Wallmachine or any other method, Glass Blocksexcept a base six inches or less, Hollow Metal, Fire Caulking, rainscreen walls and Caulking is the work of Cementicous PanelsPlasterers covered by this Agreement. D. This Agreement shall cover all epoxy injection, epoxy grouting, epoxy coatings, and epoxy sealantsSection 4. All cement plastering on walls over and above grade weatherproofing a six-inch base shall be supervised and waterproofing, deck coatings and below grade damproofingexecuted by Plasterers covered by this Agreement. E. Section 5. Plasterers claim all waterproofing of work included in their jurisdiction, such as Thoroseal, Ironite, Plasterweld and any similar products, regardless of the tools used or method of application, color of materials used and regardless of the type of base these materials may be applied to. Section 6. All moldings run in place and all staff work, the making of templates and horsing of molds in and on buildings must be made and produced by Plasterers covered by this Agreement. All plaster castings stuck shall be the work of the plasterer. All mortar boards must be raised at least eighteen inches above the scaffold. Section 7. The assembly masking and hanging covering of windows and floors with xxxxxxx or any other method of covering and the removing of said covering to a clean and finished job shall be done by Plasterers covered by this Agreement. Section 8. The Plasterers will perform all mixing and transportation of all types of hanging platforms, baskets, boatswains chairs etc., including: setting up guard rails, electric motors, wire rope cable, rope falls, electric cables and other miscellaneous swing staging equipment. Installation of C-hooks, out riggers, beams, counter weights, parapet clamps and materials from the like. All rigging and safety tie backs, installation of lifelines and other fall arrest procedures and equipment. All moving and relocation of power suspended platform equipment. The operation of man-lifts, hydraulic scaffolding and aerial lifts. This agreement shall cover all products or new systems relating mixing area to the aforementioned hanging or aerial equipment. F. The chemical cleaningwork area, water blastingthe setting and moving of scaffold, steam cleaning, other types of power washing covering and hand cleaning. Dry cleaning, sand blasting, power cleaning with limestone dust and crushed glass, etc. Installation and operation taping of all systems that collect any material after use. Paint stripping, chemical or mechanical. Mixing mortars, striping, drilling, pinning, and anchoring masonry material. Selective captured demolition for replacement with same or like material, and rebuilding of masonry., Torch cutting and welding, shelf angle and lintel replacement, flashing and epoxy anchoring as related areas to masonry repairs. Brick, stone, and concrete restoration and patching - including all preparatory work, chipping, sawingwhich plaster will abut, clean-up work and, in general, the tending of all the Plasterers needs to insure a true and coating. Masonry and concrete chimney and smoke stack repair, terra cotta repairs and replacement, toothing of brick and stone, application of clear repellent waterproofing, application of cement base or acrylic coatings on masonry materials. Mold making and fabrication of specialty masonry and stone items. Installation of fiberglass, plastic gypsum, reinforced concrete, pre-cast, GFRC, and vinyl substitutes etc. when being replaced or substituted for masonry materialsfinished product. G. Application of carbon fiber, epoxy fabric wrap and banding systems for the restoration and retrofit on concrete or masonry. H. In addition, this Agreement shall cover all other assignments mutually agreed upon by the Parties to this Agreement on any other building products or systems related to the scope and type of work Section 9. Plasterers covered by this Agreement have jurisdiction over all casting, installing, finishing, rubbing and cleaning, whether by hand or machine, of all imitation stone. Section 10. Plasterers shall perform casting as follows: (a) Domes that do not exceed two (2) feet in diameter may be cast. (b) Niches may be cast and stuck in place providing they do not exceed two (2) feet in width and four (4) feet in length. (c) Moldings clustered with enrichment may be cast. (d) Cornices may be cast where and when it is not practical to run in place with a mold. This has reference principally to light troughs, etc., that require electrical wiring or reflectors inside, and this does not include block or similar moldings that exceed six (6) feet in total length from mitre to mitre. (e) Beams, columns, and pilasters shall not be cast unless they are determined by the Parties to fall within totally enriched and have no members paralleling one another. (f) On an alteration where the work jurisdiction of this Agreement I. The Union and signatory Contractors recognize that a portion which would ordinarily be run cannot be done without causing undue interference with the occupancy of the premises and undue delay in performance, it shall be permissible to cast such work describedwith the consent of the Union. (g) All small spandrels or panels under two feet, small caps and other similar work may be cast. (excluding B)h) All caps not exceeding two feet in diameter may be cast. (i) Diminished fluted pilaster and columns or pilaster and columns with entasis may be cast. (j) Small pattern ceilings of geometrical design: coffered ceilings when panels do not exceed twenty-four inches at the ceilings or minor line and fifty-four inches at the bottom or major line may be cast. Section 11. Plasterers shall also have jurisdiction over all work or processes which represent technological change, in this Agreement is claimed by other Unionsreplacement, modification or substitution for the work described above. Section 12. Where necessary to avoid jurisdictional disputes, the Employer The Employers and the Union shall mutually agree upon to be bound by all of the terms and provisions of the plan establishing a composite crew procedures for the work resolution of jurisdictional disputes in questionthe construction industry, known as the Plan for the Settlement of Jurisdictional Disputes in the Construction Industry (hereinafter referred to as the Plan).

WORK JURISDICTION. The scope It is agreed and understood that the work performed by members of the Union is work covered usually done by this Agreement includes the followingWharf & Bridge Carpenters and Pile Drivers including, but is not limited to: A. All washing down, cleaningall work set forth in Article 4 below; the setting, caulkingdriving, pointing jacking, jetting, drilling, cutting off, capping, framing and weatherproofing of brick, stone or marble work shall be performed by Pointer, Cleaner, Caulkers; including caulking and cleaning extracting of all types of masonry (including precast masonry and concrete panels) and caulking piles; the setting, bracing, driving, cutting off or extracting of all window frames encased in brickbulkheads, stoneseawalls, concrete or other masonry. B. All grinding and cutting out of bricksheathing, stone, marble, or other masonry joints and replacing of joints only. Replacing, pointing, patching, dutchman patching of brick, stone, terracottacofferdams, and all masonry materials. C. Installation caissons, regardless of composition and requiring the use of power equipment, the framing and placing of all types timber, the making and setting of sealants all forms in connection with piers, wharves and trestles; earth anchor tie back system, deadmen, and rock anchors systems, geopiers®, helical piles and anchors, and similar foundation installations, pre-cast concrete beams when fabricated on job site to be used for capping of piles for buildings, the cutting and placing of all lagging and contact sheathing, the operation of all controls pertaining to pile driving or extracting when such controls are located remotely from the Operator Engineer, the demolition, repair and maintenance of all operations covered above; the erecting and dismantling at the job site and in the contractors yard of all materials and equipment used exclu- sively for any of the above operations, the preparation, xxxxxxx where necessary to maintain xxxx pressure and removing of all test loads; a pile driver shall be in attendance during test-loading of piling when manual testing equipment is being used, the handling of all materials pertaining to any and all of the above operations after delivery to the job site or storage yards – all burning, welding, cutting, shoring, underpinning and all tagging or signaling with any and all of the above operations including any work when members of the Union are working within the maximum boom radius of hoisting equipment. All preparation of piling, bracing, whalers, etc., done on the job site and into the contractor’s yards shall be done by the Union. The installation of temporary bridges, including deck systems, shall be done by members of the Union. When any materials are removed from a job for reassembly and returned to the same job, the work shall be done under the terms of this agree- ment. The preparation, setting and extraction of all stops or bulkheads in slurry-wall trenches and the dressing of drop chisels used in slurry-wall excavation shall be done by the Union. The prepa- ration, setting and securing of all keyways, blockouts, sleeves, plates, beams or pipes and any other embedded materials directly related to the support of the slurry-wall system shall be the work of the Union. The preparation and setting of all guide wall forms for slurry-wall trenches whether cast in place or precast on the job site, the preparation, setting and extraction of all stops or bulkheads in slurry-wall trenches shall be done by the Union. Loading, unloading, handling of lines and the moving and positioning of all floating equipment and off shore platforms requiring the use of Spud and Anchor winches and Deck Engines. Also, work offshore shall include, but not be limited to, the erecting, constructing, installing and dismantling of Industrial and Non-industrial Construction Projects and related work for oil, gas, wind and/or any other natural resources exploration and drill- ing facilities, regardless or location or distance from land. Footing forms to the top of cofferdams or on piles for marine bridges, no minimum crew. All precast or prefabricated members on piers, wharves and trestles, including but not limited to: epoxies, siliconessunken tube tunnel sections, rigging, handling, welding and urethanes. Application of all clear weatherproofing and waterproofing materials used in pointing, cleaning, caulking, weatherproofing, waterproofing and expansion joints on all types of construction and shall cover the following but not limited to: Concrete, Brick, Concrete Block, Marble, Stone, Tile, Precast Concrete, Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete, Exterior Insulated Finish System, Plaster, Metal Windows, Storefronts, Curtain Wall, Glass Blocks, Hollow Metal, Fire Caulking, rainscreen walls and Caulking of Cementicous Panels. D. This Agreement shall cover all epoxy injection, epoxy grouting, epoxy coatings, and epoxy sealants. All above grade weatherproofing and waterproofing, deck coatings and below grade damproofing. E. The assembly and hanging joining of all types of hanging platforms, baskets, boatswains chairs etc., including: setting up guard rails, electric motors, wire rope cable, rope falls, electric cables and other miscellaneous swing staging equipmentpipe under water where diving is necessary. Installation of C-hooks, out riggers, beams, counter weights, parapet clamps and Diving inspection excluded. Whenever any pile driving equipment is used on the like. All rigging and safety tie backs, installation of lifelines and other fall arrest procedures and equipment. All moving and relocation of power suspended platform equipment. The operation of man-lifts, hydraulic scaffolding and aerial lifts. This agreement wick drains it shall cover all products or new systems relating to the aforementioned hanging or aerial equipment. Brick, stone, and concrete restoration and patching - including all preparatory work, chipping, sawing, clean-up and coating. Masonry and concrete chimney and smoke stack repair, terra cotta repairs and replacement, toothing of brick and stone, application of clear repellent waterproofing, application of cement base or acrylic coatings on masonry materials. Mold making and fabrication of specialty masonry and stone items. Installation of fiberglass, plastic gypsum, reinforced concrete, pre-cast, GFRC, and vinyl substitutes etc. when being replaced or substituted for masonry materials. G. Application of carbon fiber, epoxy fabric wrap and banding systems for the restoration and retrofit on concrete or masonry. H. In addition, this Agreement shall cover all other assignments mutually agreed upon by the Parties to this Agreement on any other building products or systems related to the scope and type of work covered by this Agreement that are determined by the Parties to fall within be the work jurisdiction of this Agreement I. The Union and signatory Contractors recognize that a portion of the work describedUnion, (excluding B), in this Agreement is claimed by other Unions. Where necessary to avoid jurisdictional disputes, the Employer and the Union shall mutually agree upon establishing a composite crew for the work in questionno minimum crew.

WORK JURISDICTION. The scope of work covered by this Agreement includes the following, but is not limited to: A. Mixing Cutting out joints by power or by hand method, mixing mortars, pointing repointing, scrub, Manchester grouting, striping, drilling, pinning, and anchoring masonry material. Selective captured demolition for replacement with same or like material, and rebuilding of masonry., Torch cutting of steel and welding operations. Brick and stone replacement-Dutchman, torch cutting and welding, shelf angle and lintel replacement, flashing and epoxy anchoring welding as related to masonry repairs, shelf angle and Lintel replacement, flashing and anchoring epoxy anchoring. Brick, stone, Brick and concrete restoration and stone patching - including all preparatory work, chipping, sawing, clean-up and coating. Masonry and concrete chimney and smoke stack repair, terra cotta repairs and replacement, toothing of brick and stone, application of clear repellent waterproofing, application of cement base or acrylic coatings on masonry materialscoating. Mold making and fabrication of specialty masonry and stone items. Installation of fiberglass, plastic gypsum, reinforced concrete, pre-cast, GFRC, concrete and vinyl substitutes etc. when being replaced substitutes, operating chipping guns or substituted for masonry materialshammers, electric power tools and other equipment necessary. WORK JURISDICTION. Application of all clear weatherproofing and waterproofing materials used in pointinghardware, cleaningtrim, mouldings, cabinets, vanities, counter tops, windows, transoms, garage doors, patio doors, rangehoods, pre-fabricated panels, paneling, plywood, floors, floorcoverings, ceilings, stairs, framing, joists, decking, blocking, bracing, insulation, drywall, rafters, trusses, weather-stripping, caulking, weatherproofingbathroom partitions, waterproofing tub and expansion joints on shower enclosures, bathroom fixtures and accessories, handicap accessories, facias, soffets, siding, raised seam metal roofing, sheating, shingles, skylights, all types of construction lay-out and shall cover the following but not limited to: Concretesurveying work, Brick, Concrete Block, Marble, Stone, Tile, Precast Concrete, Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete, Exterior Insulated Finish System, Plaster, Metal Windows, Storefronts, Curtain Wall, Glass Blocks, Hollow Metal, Fire Caulking, rainscreen walls and Caulking of Cementicous Panels. D. This Agreement shall cover all epoxy injection, epoxy grouting, epoxy coatings, and epoxy sealants. All above grade weatherproofing and waterproofing, deck coatings and below grade damproofing. E. The assembly and hanging of all types of hanging platforms, baskets, boatswains chairs etc., including: setting up guard rails, electric motors, wire rope cable, rope falls, electric cables and other miscellaneous swing staging equipment. Installation of C-hooks, out riggers, beams, counter weights, parapet clamps and the like. All rigging and safety tie backs, installation of lifelines and other fall arrest procedures and equipment. All moving and relocation of power suspended platform equipment. The operation of man-lifts, hydraulic scaffolding and aerial lifts. This agreement shall cover all products or new systems relating to the aforementioned hanging or aerial equipment. F. The chemical cleaning, water blasting, steam cleaning, other types of power washing and hand cleaning. Dry cleaning, sand blasting, power cleaning with limestone dust and crushed glass, etc. Installation and operation of all systems that collect any material after use. Paint stripping, chemical or mechanical. Mixing mortars, striping, drilling, pinningan all-terrain telescopic forklift, and anchoring masonry performing site clean- up, when required for less than eight (8) hours a day. The rigging, setting, or placing of all trusses and modular units, (whether they be made of wood, metal or any other material. Selective captured demolition for replacement with same or like material), including all precast, foundation panels, and rebuilding the unloading, distribution, erection and stripping of masonry., Torch cutting and welding, shelf angle and lintel replacement, flashing and epoxy anchoring as related to masonry repairs. Brick, stone, and all concrete restoration and patching - including all preparatory work, chipping, sawing, clean-up and coating. Masonry and concrete chimney and smoke stack repair, terra cotta repairs and replacement, toothing of brick and stone, application of clear repellent waterproofing, application of cement base or acrylic coatings on masonry materials. Mold making and fabrication of specialty masonry and stone items. Installation of fiberglass, plastic gypsum, reinforced concrete, pre-cast, GFRC, and vinyl substitutes etc. when being replaced or substituted for masonry materials. G. Application of carbon fiber, epoxy fabric wrap and banding systems for the restoration and retrofit on concrete or masonry. H. In addition, this Agreement forms shall cover all other assignments mutually agreed upon by the Parties to this Agreement on any other building products or systems related to the scope and type of work covered by this Agreement that are determined by the Parties to fall within be included in the work jurisdiction of this Agreement I. The Union the Union. All handling and signatory Contractors recognize that a portion installation of the work describedsetting of all Hambro Concrete Form Systems and Insulating Concrete Form (ICF) Systems. All framing in connection with the setting of all sonotube column forms. The setting of all forms, (excluding B)and bulkheads of any type of material, in this including expanding metal; the fabrication and setting of screeds and stakes for concrete floors where the screed is notched for fitted or molded, or made up of more than one member, subject to the International Agreement is claimed by other Unions. Where necessary to avoid jurisdictional disputes, the Employer between xxx Xxxxxxxxxx and the Union shall mutually agree upon establishing a composite crew for the Cement finishers. Also, all work in questionconnection with lathing jurisdiction, including but not limited to the erection, installation, cutting and fitting of rigid insulation, including Expanded Polystyrene (E.P.S.) board used in conjunction with Exterior Insulation Finished Systems (E.I.F.S.) and any and all other type systems, whether it is adhered, mechanically fastened or a combination of adhesion and mechanically fastened.

WORK JURISDICTION. The terms and provisions of this Agreement shall apply to all work performed by the Employer that is within the jurisdiction of the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry of the United States and Canada, including all work specifically described below and all other work that may, in the future, come within the jurisdiction of the United Association. If the Employer has also, in addition to this Agreement, executed or become bound by the collective bargaining agreement by and between Steamfitters Local Union No. 420 and the Servicing Contractors Association of Greater Delaware Valley, Inc. (the “SCA Agreement”), the terms and provisions of the SCA Agreement will apply to the service work performed by that Employer; however, if an Employer has executed or become bound by but has not executed or become bound by the SCA Agreement, the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall apply to all work performed by such Employer including that work which is encompassed within the scope of the SCA Agreement. 1. All piping for plumbing, water, waste, floor drains, drain grates, supply leader, soil pipe, grease traps, sewerage and vent lines. 2. All piping for water filters, water softeners, water meters and the setting of same. 3. All cold, hot and circulating water lines, piping for house pumps, cellar drainers, ejectors, house tanks, pressure tanks, swimming pools, ornamental pools, aquariums, plumbing fixtures and appliances, and the handling and setting of the above mentioned equipment. 4. All water service from mains to buildings, including water meters and water meter foundations. 5. All water mains from whatever source, including branches and fire hydrants, etc. 6. All down spouts and drainage areas, soil pipes, catch basins, manholes, drains, gravel basins, storm water sewers, septic tanks, cesspools, water storage tanks, etc. 7. All liquid soap piping, liquid soap tanks, soap valves, and equipment in bath and washrooms, shower stalls, etc. 8. All bathroom, toilet room and shower room accessories, i.e., towel racks, paper holders, glass shelves, hooks, mirrors, cabinets, etc. 9. All lawn sprinkler work, including piping, fittings and lawn sprinkler heads. 10. All sheet lead lining for x-ray rooms, fountains, swimming pools, or shower stalls, tanks or vats for all purposes, and for roof flashings in connection with the pipe fitting industry. 11. All fire stand pipes, fire pumps, pressure and storage tanks, valves, hose racks, fire hose, cabinets and accessories, and all piping for sprinkler work of every description. 12. All block tin coils, carbonic gas piping for soda fountains and bars, etc. 13. All piping for railing work and racks of every description, whether screwed or welded. 14. All piping for pneumatic vacuum cleaning systems of every description. 15. All piping for hydraulic, vacuum, pneumatic, air water, steam, oil or gas, used in connection with railway cars, railway motor cars, and railway locomotives. 16. All marine piping and all piping used in connection with ship building and shipyards. 17. All power plant piping of every description. 18. The handling, assembling and erecting of all economizers, superheaters, regardless of the mode or method of making joints, hangers and erection of same. 19. All internal and external piping on boilers, heaters, tanks and evaporators, water legs, water backs and water grates, boiler compound equipment, etc. 20. All soot blowers and soot collecting piping systems. 21. The setting, erecting and piping for all smoke consuming and smoke washing and regulating devices. 22. The setting, erecting and piping of instruments, measuring devices, thermostatic controls, gauge boards and other controls used in connection with power, heating, refrigerating, air conditioning, manufacturing, mining and industrial work. 23. The setting and erecting of all boiler feeder water heaters, filters, water softeners, purifiers, condensate equipment, pumps, condensers, coolers and all piping for same in power houses, distributing and boost- ing stations, refrigeration, bottling, distilling and brewing plants, heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems. 24. All piping for artificial gases, natural gases and holders and equipment for same, chemicals, minerals and by-products and refining of same, for any and all purposes. 25. The setting and erecting of all under-feed stokers, fuel burners, and piping, including gas, oil, power, fuel, hot and cold air piping, and all accessories and parts of burners and stokers, etc. 26. All ash collecting and conveyor piping systems, including all air washing and dust collecting piping sys- tems, including all air washing and dust collecting piping and equipment, accessories and appurtenances and regulating devices, etc. 27. The setting and erection of all oil heaters, oil coolers, storage and distribution tanks, transfer pumps and mixing devices and piping thereto of every description. 28. The setting, erecting and piping of all cooling units, pumps, reclaiming systems and appurtenances, in connection with transformers, and piping to switches of every description. 29. All fire extinguishing systems and piping, whether by water, steam, gas or chemical, fire alarm piping and control tubing, etc. 30. All piping for sterilizing, chemical treatment, deodorizing, and all cleaning systems of every description, and laundries for all purposes. 31. All piping for oil or gasoline tanks, gravity and pressure lubricating and greasing systems, air and hydraulic lifts, etc. 32. All piping for power or heating purposes, either by water, air, steam, gas, oil, chemicals or any other method. 33. All piping, setting, and hanging of all units and fixtures for air conditioning, cooling, heating, roof cool- ing, refrigerating, ice making, humidifying, dehydrating by any method, and the charging and testing, and servicing of all work after completion. 34. All pneumatic tube work and all piping for carrying systems by vacuum, compressed air, steam, water or any other method. 35. All piping to stoves, fire grates, blast and heating furnaces, ovens, driers, heaters, oil burners, stokers and boilers and cooking utensils, etc., of every description. 36. All piping in connection with central distributing filtration treatment stations, boosting stations, waste and sewage disposal plants, central chlorination and chemical treatment work, and all underground supply lines to cooling xxxxx, suction basins, filter basins, settling basins and aeration basins. 37. All process piping for refining, manufacturing, industrial and shipping purposes of every character and description, and testing of same. 38. All air piping of every description. 39. All temporary piping of every description in connection with building and construction work, excavating and underground construction work. 40. The laying out and cutting and/or coring of all holes, chases and channels, the setting and erection of bolts, inserts, stands, brackets, supports, sleeves, thimbles, hangers, conduits and boxes, used in connec- tion with the pipe fitting industry. 41. The handling and setting of boilers, setting of fronts, setting of soot blowers and attaching of all boiler trimmings. 42. All pipe transportation lines for gas, oil, gasoline, fluids and liquids, water aqueducts and water lines, and boosters stations of every description. 43. Laying out, cutting, bending and fabricating of all pipe work of every description, by whatever mode or method. 45. All methods of stress relieving of all pipe joints made by every mode or method. 46. The assembling and erection of tanks used for mechanical manufacturing or industrial purposes, to be assembled with bolts, packed or welded joints. 47. The handling of all materials in connection with the foregoing work, as well as the handling and using of all tools and equipment that may be necessary for the erection and installation of all work and materials used in the pipe fitting industry. 48. The operation, maintenance, repairing and servicing of all work installed by journeymen steamfitters and pipefitters. 49. All piping for cataracts, cascades, i.e. artificial water falls, make-up water fountains, captured waters, water towers, cooling towers, and spray ponds used for industrial, manufacturing, commercial or for any other purposes. 50. Piping herein specified means pipe made from metals, tile, glass, rubber, plastics, wood or any other kind of material product manufactured into pipe, usable in the pipe fitting industry, regardless of size or shapes. 51. Xxxxxxx and maintaining all electrical machines and equipment required for the execution of the work provided in this Article. 52. Handling, placing, erection, and maintenance of all heating, cooling, and air conditioning equipment regardless of the source of heat or energy. 53. All radon piping, geothermal piping, and seismic hangers of every description. Provided, however, that nothing herein contained shall require any Employer to violate, nullify or alter in any way any existing trade lines agreements between the Union and any other Local Unions. 54. Fire and safety watch for work covered in this Agreement. 55. All work performed in a UA Fabrication shop including piping, support steel, hangers and components. 56. All handling of tools, piping, parts and components and materials, including unloading, warehousing to distribution of the work covered by this Agreement includes the following, but is not limited to:Agreement. Perform all hand and weatherproofing of brick, stone or marble work shall be performed by Pointer, Cleaner, Caulkers; including caulking and cleaning power rigging of all types of masonry (piping and piping components, including precast masonry all hand signals and concrete panels) and caulking of all window frames encased in brick, stone, concrete communication to the Equipment Operator when a crane or other masonrymaterial lifting equipment is utilized. . Perform all layout and cutting out framing of brickequipment foundations within the mechanical contractor’s scope, stone, marble, or other masonry joints and replacing of joints only. Replacing, pointing, patching, dutchman patching of brick, stone, terracotta, and all masonry materials. C. Installation of all types of sealants including but not limited to: epoxiesto pumps, siliconescompressors, boilers and urethanesany h.v.a.c. Application of all clear weatherproofing and waterproofing materials used in pointing, cleaning, caulking, weatherproofing, waterproofing and expansion joints on all types of construction and shall cover or process piping associated with the following but not limited to: Concrete, Brick, Concrete Block, Marble, Stone, Tile, Precast Concrete, Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete, Exterior Insulated Finish System, Plaster, Metal Windows, Storefronts, Curtain Wall, Glass Blocks, Hollow Metal, Fire Caulking, rainscreen walls and Caulking of Cementicous Panels. D. This Agreement shall cover all epoxy injection, epoxy grouting, epoxy coatings, and epoxy sealants. All above grade weatherproofing and waterproofing, deck coatings and below grade damproofing. E. The assembly and hanging of all types of hanging platforms, baskets, boatswains chairs etc., including: setting up guard rails, electric motors, wire rope cable, rope falls, electric cables and other miscellaneous swing staging equipment. Installation of C-hooks, out riggers, beams, counter weights, parapet clamps and the like. All rigging and safety tie backs, installation of lifelines and other fall arrest procedures and equipment. All moving and relocation of power suspended platform equipment. The operation of man-lifts, hydraulic scaffolding and aerial lifts. This agreement shall cover all products or new systems relating to the aforementioned hanging or aerial equipment. F. The chemical cleaning, water blasting, steam cleaning, other types of power washing and hand cleaning. Dry cleaning, sand blasting, power cleaning with limestone dust and crushed glass, etc. Installation and operation of all systems that collect any material after use. Paint stripping, chemical or mechanical. Mixing mortars, striping, drilling, pinning, and anchoring masonry material. Selective captured demolition for replacement with same or like material, and rebuilding of masonry., Torch cutting and welding, shelf angle and lintel replacement, flashing and epoxy anchoring as related to masonry repairs. Brick, stone, and concrete restoration and patching - including all preparatory work, chipping, sawing, clean-up and coating. Masonry and concrete chimney and smoke stack repair, terra cotta repairs and replacement, toothing of brick and stone, application of clear repellent waterproofing, application of cement base or acrylic coatings on masonry materials. Mold making and fabrication of specialty masonry and stone items. Installation of fiberglass, plastic gypsum, reinforced concrete, pre-cast, GFRC, and vinyl substitutes etc. when being replaced or substituted for masonry materials. G. Application of carbon fiber, epoxy fabric wrap and banding systems for the restoration and retrofit on concrete or masonry. H. In addition, this Agreement shall cover all other assignments mutually agreed upon by the Parties to this Agreement on any other building products or systems related to the scope and type of work covered by this Agreement that are determined by the Parties Agreement. 59. Cryogenic vent piping off of “MRI” magnetic resonance imaging machine. 60. Installation of support steel for mechanical equipment whether temporary or permanent. 61. Methane gas-all piping for landfills, whether venting or extracting. 62. Install all VESDA piping. 63. Install all medical gas piping and related equipment and supports. 64. All patent scaffold up to fall within the work jurisdiction 14 feet or 2 1/2 sections. 65. Vent piping off of this Agreementcondensing furnace. I. 66. The Union installation, maintenance, modification and signatory Contractors recognize that a portion testing of the work describedall power plant piping of every description. This includes all boiler and turbine piping systems and associated components, (excluding B)valves, in this Agreement is claimed by other Unionscontrols, instru- ments, pipe supports and pipe hangers. 67. Where necessary to avoid jurisdictional disputesThe installation, the Employer maintenance and the Union shall mutually agree upon establishing a composite crew for the work in questionmodification of any “green building system” piping and piping sys- tems, including all components, controls, hangers and supports. 68. Installation of all pneumatic and vacuum conveyor systems. 69. Fire Stopping of pipe and fixture penetration sleeves.
