Work on a Public Holiday. All work performed on any of the days prescribed in this sub-clause, or substituted in lieu thereof, will be paid for at the rate of double time and a half (the accrual for the public holiday plus time and a half).

Work on a Public Holiday. All work performed on any of the days prescribed in this subsection, or substituted in lieu thereof, shall be paid for at the rate of double time and a half. An employee required to work on a public holiday or on a day substituted in lieu thereof shall be afforded at least four (4) hours’ work or paid for four (4) hours at the appropriate rate.
Work on a Public Holiday. (a) An employee may be reasonably required to work on a Public Holiday. (b) The employer will seek volunteers for work on Public Holidays but in the absence of volunteers will attempt to schedule employees to work on Public Holidays on an equitable basis. (c) The employer will make every effort to roster employees in a manner that is fair and equitable to ensure that allocation of Public Holiday hours are divided equally on a rotating basis. (d) The employer will endeavor to accommodate the needs of employees if they have family or study commitments. The employer will have regard to any other relevant personal circumstances as far as is reasonably practicable.
