Work on a Public Holiday. All work performed on any of the days prescribed in this sub-clause, or substituted in lieu thereof, will be paid for at the rate of double time and a half (the accrual for the public holiday plus time and a half).
Work on a Public Holiday. All work performed on any of the days prescribed in this subsection, or substituted in lieu thereof, shall be paid for at the rate of double time and a half. An employee required to work on a public holiday or on a day substituted in lieu thereof shall be afforded at least four (4) hours’ work or paid for four (4) hours at the appropriate rate.
Work on a Public Holiday. (a) An employee may be reasonably required to work on a Public Holiday.
(b) The employer will seek volunteers for work on Public Holidays but in the absence of volunteers will attempt to schedule employees to work on Public Holidays on an equitable basis.
(c) The employer will make every effort to roster employees in a manner that is fair and equitable to ensure that allocation of Public Holiday hours are divided equally on a rotating basis.
(d) The employer will endeavor to accommodate the needs of employees if they have family or study commitments. The employer will have regard to any other relevant personal circumstances as far as is reasonably practicable.
Work on a Public Holiday. An employee required to work on a public holiday will be paid pursuant to 7.5.8.
Work on a Public Holiday. 40.5.1 An Employer may request an Employee to work on a public holiday. The Employee may refuse the request if he or she has reasonable grounds for doing so, as set out in the Act.
40.5.2 Where work is required to be performed on a public holiday, Employees, other than those engaged in positions within the Sessional Staff Grades Classifications and Casual Employees engaged within the Camping and Accommodation Staff Grades Classifications will be paid the rate of double time and a half the base rate of pay for the work performed.
40.5.3 Employees engaged in positions within the Sessional Staff Grades Classifications who perform work on a public holiday will receive the greater hourly rate of: of $58.03 per hour or their base rate of pay plus any casual loading if applicable.
Work on a Public Holiday. 30.3.1 With the exception of the additional holiday and locally proclaimed holidays, employees who work on a public holiday will be paid as follows:
30.3.1.1 Between usual starting and finishing times – double time for a minimum of four (4) hours worked.
30.3.1.2 Before and after usual starting and finishing times – double time and one half.
Work on a Public Holiday. An Employee may be required to work on a public holiday and, if so, is entitled to payment for hours worked up to and including the 13th hour at the rate of 2.5 times the Hourly Rate and thereafter at 3 times the Hourly Rate.
Work on a Public Holiday. 34.1 Public holiday provisions are in accordance with clause 44 (Public Holidays).
34.2 Work on a public holiday must be approved prior to the commencement of such work.
34.3 The first 7.5 hours worked on a public holiday during an employee’s normal ordinary hours of work are paid at ordinary time plus time and a half, with a minimum four hours payment.
34.4 Approved overtime outside an employee’s ordinary hours of work is paid at double time and a half.
Work on a Public Holiday. If you work ordinary hours on a public holiday and you are not an Exempt Employee, Telstra will pay you an additional payment of 150% for all ordinary hours you work. SECTION 5 FLEXIBLE WORK
Work on a Public Holiday. This clause does not apply to work performed on a Public Holiday in accordance with Clause 15.4 of this Agreement. In lieu of the Public Holiday a full time or part time employee who is rostered to work and works on the public holiday (part thereof for a part time worker), shall be paid at the rate of double time and a half of the ordinary rate of pay (250%); with a minimum payment of three hours work.
