WORK SUBJECT TO AGREEMENT. Any work or services referenced herein shall be by written contract or agreement and, unless the City grants specific waiver in writing, such written contract or agreement shall be subject by its terms, insofar as any obligation of the City is concerned, to each and every provision of this Agreement. Compliance by Xxxxxxxxx’s contractor and/or subcontractors with this Agreement shall be the responsibility of Developer.
