Work Unit and Employees Covered. (Detailed and specific description of department and employees covered) Article Probation It is understood that a new employee working extended shifts will be considered on probation until has completed three hundred and and one-half (337112) hours of work (45 x hours 337.50). In other respects the terms of probation will be in accordance with the collective agreement. Article Hours of Work The normal or standard extended workday shall be hours per day. (Where applicable) Failure to provide hours between the end of an employee's scheduled shift and the commencement of such employee's next scheduled shift shall result in payment of one and one-half times the employee's regular straight time hourly rate for only those hours which reduce the hour period. Where the hour period is reduced as a result of an approved change of requested by the such premium payment shall not apply. Work Unit and Employees Covered. This agreement covers the part time RPN’s in Day Surgery/Endoscopy/Surgical Clinics, Picton Site.
Work Unit and Employees Covered. This provision will cover only RPNs who work on the Main Floor Retirement. It will not apply to the RPNs on the Supportive Care Floor.
Work Unit and Employees Covered. This agreement covers part-time employees and full-time employees while working in the Service & Clerical Bargaining Unit at the sites covered by this Collective Agreement. Both employees will share the position on a 50/50 basis. The job sharing position remains in the employer’s staffing complement as a full-time position, although the incumbents will be covered under the part-time provisions of this Collective Agreement.
