Common use of WORKLOAD AND PREPARATION TIME COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

WORKLOAD AND PREPARATION TIME COMMITTEE. The Board and the Association will establish a Workload and Preparation Time Committee. This committee will examine issues related to workload and preparation time and make recommendations to the superintendent. The committee will be comprised of an equal number of members appointed by the Association and the superintendent. The recommendations of the committee will be made available to the superintendent and the Association no later than February. The recommendations are not to be considered binding on any party. The work of the committee may be extended beyond February upon the mutual agreement of the Association and the superintendent.
