Common use of Workmanlike Manner Clause in Contracts

Workmanlike Manner. All Lessor-approved improvements shall be made in a good and workmanlike manner. Any improvement that violates building codes or the laws or ordinances of any governing jurisdiction, or that ▇▇▇▇▇ the Premises in any manner, shall be timely cured by Lessee at Lessee’s expense and in a manner satisfactory to Lessor.
