Workplace Notice. Within 30 days of the execution of this Undertaking, cause to be displayed within all the supported workplace(s) controlled by Activ Foundation a notice in the form of Attachment B to this Undertaking (Workplace Notice) and provide photographic evidence of its display and the location of the notice in the workplace.
