Common use of Works Carried Out Clause in Contracts

Works Carried Out. Where insurance proceeds are to be used in accordance with this Contract to repair, reinstate or replace any part of any Facility, the Contractor shall carry out the work in accordance with the Authority's Requirements and the Contractor's Proposals so that on completion of the work the provisions of this Contract are complied with.

Works Carried Out. Where insurance proceeds are to be used in accordance with this Contract Agreement to repair, reinstate or replace any part of any Waste Management Facility, the Contractor shall carry out the work in accordance with the Authority's Requirements Output Specification and the Contractor's Proposals Service Delivery Plan so that on completion of the work the provisions of this Contract Agreement are complied with.
