Written Amendments. This Agreement may be modified only by a written amendment or addendum which has been executed and approved by the appropriate officials shown on the signature page of this Agreement.
Written Amendments. This Agreement may not be modified, amended, altered or changed in any respect whatsoever except by further agreement in writing, duly executed by both Parties. No oral statements or representations subsequent to the execution hereof by either Party are binding on the other Party, and neither Party shall have the right to rely on such oral statements or representations.
Written Amendments. This Agreement may be amended only by written agreement, executed by both parties.
Written Amendments. This Agreement shall be modified only through a written amendment to the Agreement within the scope of the Agreement as signed by the AHCCCS Chief Procurement Officer and counter-signed by a duly authorized representative of the MAO.
Written Amendments. No amendment or addition to, or modification of, any provision contained in this Agreement shall be effective unless fully set forth in writing by all of the Parties hereto.
