Written Changes Only. Subject to Sections 8.1 and 8.2 hereof, no term or provision of this Indenture or any Lessor Note may be changed, waived, discharged or terminated orally, but only by an instrument in writing signed by the parties hereto; and any waiver of the terms hereof or of any Lessor Note shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose given.
Written Changes Only. No term or provision of this Agreement may be changed or waived orally, but only by an instrument in writing signed by the parties hereto.
