Written confirmation. The salaried employee shall provide the employer with written confirmation of having been ill, information as to the extent to which the employee's working capacity has been reduced because of the illness and during which days the salaried employee would have worked (Section 9 of the Act on Sick Pay).
Written confirmation. The employee receives written confirmation of the commencement of the employment. This mentions, inter alia: • that the Aegon CLA is applicable; • what the date of commencement of the employment is; • what the duration of the probationary period is (only in case of employment contracts longer than 6 months); • whether there is question of an open-term or a fixed-term employment contract and – in case of the latter – the term of the employment contract; • what the position, and the job level in which the employee is classified; • what the salary is and the salary scale. Upon the commencement of the employment, the employee receives a copy of the CLA and an overview of existing, applicable internal schemes. This can be done in writing or digitally. The CLA is always available to all employees on Aegonnet. Termination by operation of law The employment does in any case come to an end by operation of law effective from the date that the employee reaches the AOW retirement age. If, based on the pension scheme rules applicable within Aegon, the employee decides to take full retirement before reaching the AOW retirement age, the employment will end by operation of law on that date. Prior notice is required in neither instance.
Written confirmation. Any instructions given to the Warrant Agent orally, as permitted by any provision of this Warrant Agreement, shall be confirmed in writing by the Company as soon as practicable. The Warrant Agent shall not be liable or responsible and shall be fully authorized and protected for acting, or failing to act, in accordance with any oral instructions which do not conform with the written confirmation received in accordance with this Section 8(a).
Written confirmation. At or prior to 5:30 p.m., New York City time, on the VWAP Purchase Date for each VWAP Purchase and each Intraday VWAP Purchase, if applicable, the Investor shall provide to the Company and the Transfer Agent a written confirmation for such VWAP Purchase or Intraday VWAP Purchase (i) confirming that the Investor’s representations, warranties and covenants set forth in Section 4.11 of this Agreement are true and correct as of such VWAP Purchase Date, and (ii) setting forth the applicable VWAP Purchase Price, the total number of Shares being purchased by the Investor in such VWAP Purchase or Intraday VWAP Purchase, the total aggregate VWAP Purchase Price to be paid by the Investor for such VWAP Purchase or Intraday VWAP Purchase, the VWAP Purchase Period and (if applicable) the Intraday VWAP Purchase Period, and, if the Investor is purchasing a number of Shares less than the VWAP Purchase Share Amount or Intraday VWAP Purchase Share Amount, the Investor’s calculation of the VWAP Purchase Commitment Amount.

In addition to providing the documentation described above, a Subscriber relying on income validation must also provide a written representation to the Company that the Subscriber has a reasonable expectation of reaching income in excess of $200,000 in the current year (or in excess of $300,000 in income jointly with such person’s spouse). Note: If the Subscriber is relying on his or her spouse to meet the $300,000 income validation, this written representation must also be given by the Subscriber’s spouse.
Written confirmation. In addition to providing the documentation described above, a Subscriber relying on net worth validation must also provide a written representation to the Company that all liabilities necessary to make a determination of net worth have been disclosed.
