Common use of Written decision-making Clause in Contracts

Written decision-making. Any Member may participate in meetings by teleconference, video-conference or any other technology that enables everyone participating in the meeting to communicate interactively and simultaneously with each other. Any decision may be taken without a meeting if the chairperson of the Program Body circulates to all Members of the Program Body a written document which is then signed by the majority required for the decisions taken therein.
