Written Notices. All copies of written notices relating to a violation of a Local, State, or Federal law including, without limitation, environmental laws relating to land use, zoning compliance, or building codes;

Written Notices. The Global Agent shall give Holders of Notes at least thirty (30) calendar days' written notice of any proposed appointment, termination, resignation or change under paragraphs (i) through (vii) of this Section 9(b) of which it is aware and, as soon as practicable, written notice of any succession under paragraph (viii) above of which it is aware.
