XXX and NPS School Closure. In the event of the LEA and NPS School Closures, on days the LEA is funded, CONTRACTOR shall receive payment consistent with the student’s approved ISA, until an alternative placement can be found and implement LEA student IEP in accordance with Education Code section 56345(a)(9) pertaining to emergency conditions. If the LEA is able to obtain alternative placement for the student, CONTRACTOR shall not receive payment for days the student is not in attendance with CONTRACTOR due to CONTRACTOR’S school closure.
