Common use of Xxx Xxxxxx Clause in Contracts

Xxx Xxxxxx. (a) The duties of the Xxx Xxxxxx shall include the preparation of all necessary fruit and juices, keeping the fridge stocked and washing glasses. The Xxx Xxxxxx is also responsible for the general cleanliness of the bar and utensils, under the direction of the Mixerologists. The Xxx Xxxxxx may not perform duties normally performed by the bartender or a server, and their duties are confined to licenced areas only. (b) The Employer is entitled to choose not to use a Xxx Xxxxxx in any particular situation.
