Xxxx and Charges. (1) A schedule of all fees of the Authority, and all other charges which the Authority is entitled to make, in relation to its functions as an International Searching Authority and International Preliminary Examining Authority, is set out in Annex D to this Agreement.
(2) The Authority shall, under the conditions and to the extent set out in Annex D to this Agreement:
(i) refund the whole or part of the search fee paid, or waive or reduce the search fee, where the international search report can be wholly or partly based on the results of an earlier search (Rules 16.3 and 41.1);
(ii) refund the search fee where the international application is withdrawn or considered withdrawn before the start of the international search.
(3) The Authority shall, under the conditions and to the extent set out in Annex D to this Agreement, refund the whole or part of the preliminary examination fee paid where the demand is considered as if it had not been submitted (Rule 58.3) or where the demand or the international application is withdrawn by the applicant before the start of the international preliminary examination.
Xxxx and Charges. The Credit Union does not assess a charge for using Online Services to access your accounts. Fees, if any, that we may charge for any specific services used (for instance, BillPay or Mobile Check Deposit) or for any transactions you make are disclosed in our Service Fees and Terms disclosure included in our Account Rules and Regulations, or in our loan documents, as applicable. The Credit Union reserves the right to charge for your use of Online Services, or to change fees for any transactions you make or services you use, after giving you any notice required by law or regulation. You understand and acknowledge that other agreements you may have with unaffiliated third-party providers may include fees or charges, as well as limitations and restrictions, which might impact or relate to your use of some or all of the services available through Online Services. For instance, your mobile service carrier or provider may impose data usage fees or charge you for text messages when you receive and send text messages with us. You agree to be solely responsible for all such fees and charges.

Xxxx and Charges. With regard to all fees and charges of whatever character other than customs duties and the items that are excluded from the definition of a customs duty under Article 2.3 (Customs duty) imposed in connection with importation or exportation:
(a) fees and charges shall only be imposed for services provided in connection with the importation or exportation in question or for any formality required for undertaking such importation or exportation;
(b) fees and charges shall not exceed the approximate cost of the service provided;
(c) fees and charges shall not be calculated on an ad valorem basis;
(d) fees and charges shall not be imposed with respect to consular services;
(e) the information on fees and charges shall be published via an officially designated medium, and where feasible and possible, official website. This information shall include the reason for the fee or charge for the service provided, the responsible authority, the fees and charges that will be applied, and when and how payment is to be made; and
(f) new or amended fees and charges shall not be imposed until information in accordance with subparagraph (e) is published and made readily available.

(b) Students are required to pay both the Application Fee and Course Assessment Fees.
(c) Students required to complete the English Composition 1 course are required to pay the Application Fee and Course Assessment Fee for that course. If students continue into the UoPeople Foundations courses, or the MBA prerequisite courses, students must pay all Course Assessment Fees for those courses, and, if they continue into a Degree Program, all Course Assessment Fees for courses in their Degree Program.
(d) Students accepted to the UoPeople Foundations are required to pay the Application Fee and a Course Assessment Fee for each of those courses. If students continue into a Degree Program, they must pay all Course Assessment Fees for courses in their Degree Program. University of the People does not charge any tuition to students at this time; however the applicable fees must be paid. Following are charges for Tuition and Fees for the current academic year:
Xxxx and Charges. There are certain charges for electronic funds transfer services, and you hereby agree to pay them. We may deduct such fees and charges directly from any of your accounts. From time to time, the fees and charges may be changed. We will notify you of any changes as required by applicable law. Refer to our Rate and Fee Schedule for current information as to those fees and charges.
Xxxx and Charges. In consideration for the Supplier’s performance obligations under this Contract, an Authorized User shall pay Supplier the fee(s) owed pursuant to the schedule of fees and charges as set forth on Exhibit C attached to this Contract. Supplier will only be entitled to those fees owed for Supplier’s performance obligations and any additional Products and Services provided to an Authorized User in accordance with the scope of this Contract and the Requirements, as authorized by Exhibit C, and per the Authorized User’s order or SOW. The fees, and any associated discounts, will be applicable throughout the Contract Term unless modified pursuant to the terms and conditions below. In the event the fees or discounts apply for any period less than the entire Term, Supplier agrees that it will not increase the fees during the first twelve (12) month period following the Effective Date, and will not increase the fees more than once in any subsequent twelve (12) month period thereafter. No increase in fee amounts will exceed the lesser of three percent (3%) or the annual increase in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U), U.S. City Average, All Items, Not Seasonally Adjusted, as published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the Department of Labor (xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/cpi/home.htm) for the period ending 60 to 90 days prior to the effective date of the increase compared with the same index one (1) year prior. Supplier must submit any change in price in writing to DBHDS and to the Authorized User if the change impacts any order or SOW and in accordance with the above and will not become effective for 60 calendar days thereafter. Supplier agrees to offer price reductions to ensure compliance with the “Competitive Pricing” section of this Contract below.

If the Bank elects in the future to impose a charge for providing access to the Online Services or for transactions conducted through the Online Services, the Client agrees to compensate the Bank therefor in accordance with the Bank’s Fee Schedule,. Client agrees that the rates, terms, and conditions set forth in the Fee Schedule may be modified or changed by the Bank from time to time and acknowledges having received a copy of the Bank’s Fee Schedule
