XXXX Deductions. The Board agrees that, upon submission of the HFT-COPE payroll authorization card, the proper deduction will be made each month from the employee’s salary and forwarded to the Union monthly. The Union shall hold the Board and City harmless against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, lawsuits, counsel fees or other costs which may arise out of, or be by reason of, actions taken against the Board as a result of administration of the provisions of this Agreement.
