Customer shall be solely responsible for compliance with any statutory obligations concerning requests to exercise Data Subject rights under Data Protection Laws (e.g., for access, rectification, deletion of Customer Personal Data, etc.). DealSwap shall, at Customer's sole expense, use commercially reasonable efforts to assist Customer in fulfilling Customer's obligations with respect to such Data Subject requests, as required under Data Protection Laws.
