Xxxxx Disbursement. 1. Grantee will disburse grant funds as approved by the Grantor. Requests for reimbursement may be submitted monthly or more frequently if authorized to do so by the Grantor. Ordinarily, payment will be made within 30 days after receipt of a proper request for reimbursement. Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer. 2. The Grantee shall not request reimbursement for the Federal share of amounts withheld from contractors to ensure satisfactory completion of work until after those payments are made. 3. Xxxxx Disbursement. 1. The Faculty Research Budget Estimate prepared based on the budget estimate outline shown in Appendix 3.3 and approved by JNUH as an estimate is attached in Annex of this agreement and shall be used as a reference for allowable expenditure and approval by the JNUH for adjustment during the project period. 2. The Host Institution disburses the requested funds to the Principal Investigator e. The Host Institution audits the Research Project expenditure following the rules of the Institution. 4. The Overhead Cost is for covering research management costs in the Institutions. Research Management Cell or any equivalent body in the Institutions is expected to receive a part or whole of the Overhead Cost. A. Xxxxx Disbursement. Following approval of this Agreement by a duly authorized City Ordinance and execution of this Agreement by the Parties, the GRANTOR will make the Grant Funds available to GRANTEE in the manner set forth below: 1. GRANTOR shall make a disbursement available to GRANTEE within sixty (60) days of GRANTEE submitting to GRANTOR written notice of meeting the applicable threshold for the number of jobs created under the Full-Time Job Requirement and GRANTOR verifying such certification as required under the terms of this Agreement. The amount of disbursement shall be an amount equivalent to ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS AND NO/CENTS ($1,250.00) multiplied by the number of New Full Time Jobs (not to exceed four hundred fifty (450) jobs) qualifying and hired in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, paying an annual salary at or above the Minimum Annual Salary, and not having been counted toward GRANTEE’s Full-Time Job Requirement previously. The total amount of Grant Funds to be paid to GRANTEE under this Agreement shall be made upon the attainment by GRANTEE creating the number of New Full Time Jobs set forth for each threshold (e.g., 150, 300 and 450 jobs) not exceed $562,500.00 and shall be made available to GRANTEE as follows: 2. The Parties acknowledge that and agree that once Grant Funds are paid for the creation of a position that meets the wage criteria and other terms under this Agreement, GRANTOR shall not pay GRANTEE Grant Funds for the same position at a later time. 3. Once hired, XXXXXXX shall retain the created New Full-Time Job, or replace it with another New Full-Time Job, for which it receives Grant Funds for the Term of this Agreement including the Recapture Period, as described below. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating any right of any particular employee to be continued in employment with the GRANTEE.
