Xxxxxx and Time for Completion. The Contractor will furnish all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to perform, and to perform said work at Contractor's own expense in accordance with the contract documents and any applicable City ordinances and state and federal laws within 180 calendar days from the date Contractor is ordered to proceed, which order shall be issued by the Director of Public Works within 30 days after the date of this contract.
Xxxxxx and Time for Completion. The City agrees to engage the services of the Contractor and the Contractor agrees to perform said Construction Services in accordance with the standard of care, skill, and expertise ordinarily used by members of the Contractor’s profession in the performance of similar services. The Construction Services are more specifically described in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to perform the Services at Contractor's own expense in accordance with the contract documents, any applicable City ordinances, and any applicable state or federal laws within 120 calendar days from the date Contractor is ordered to proceed, which order shall be issued by the City Administrator within 30 days after the date of execution of this Contract.
Xxxxxx and Time for Completion. A Substantial Completion Date for work will be May 31st, 2019. Substantial completion shall be defined as all asphalt and concrete work, including curb and gutter, sidewalks, drives, storm and roadway construction. The undersigned agrees 00xx Xxxxxx will not be closed for more than one occurrence of up to 7 consecutive days. Illinois Avenue will not be closed for more than one occurrence of up to 7 consecutive days. Individuals driveways should not be closed for more than one occurrence of up to 7 consecutive days during the duration of the project.
Xxxxxx and Time for Completion. The Contractor will furnish all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to perform, and to perform said work at Contractor's own expense in accordance with the contract documents and any applicable City ordinances and state and federal laws by the Date of July 27th, 2018. All construction resulting in lane closures along Xxxxxxx Avenue shall be completed within a consecutive two-week period. A Substantial Completion Date for work will be June 29th, 2018. Substantial completion shall be defined as all asphalt and concrete work, including curb and gutter, sidewalks, drives, storm and roadway construction.
Xxxxxx and Time for Completion. The Contractor will furnish all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to perform, and to perform said work at Contractor's own expense in accordance with the contract documents and any applicable City ordinances and state and federal laws within the timeframe set forth by each respective Work Order. Work Orders will not be issued after October 31, 2022, unless both parties agree to renew the contract for one additional calendar year. The unit prices established for the various work and material items herein shall be valid for the duration of any work order issued as part of this contract. At the time of each agreed upon renewal, the Contractor has the option of adjusting the unit prices submitted in the Bid Schedule based on the current Producer Price Index (PPI) as published by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. The percent change in contract unit prices shall be adjusted based on the index point change between the two periods for the corresponding material or equipment. It shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to submit the appropriate supporting PPI data to the Engineer for review and approval.
Xxxxxx and Time for Completion. The Contractor will furnish all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to perform, and to perform said work at Contractor's own expense in accordance with the contract documents and any applicable City ordinances and state and federal laws. Term of contract will run for one (1) year from the Notice to Proceed date. The party of the 1st part reserves the right to extend the contract for up to three (3) years at the same unit prices as bid in the original contract.
