Xxxxxx Notice. Lessor must give forty-eight, (48) hour notice to lessee to enter and go upon the premises for inspection and/or repairs of the unit excepting emergency situations.
Xxxxxx Notice. The City agrees to give an employee, who is being suspended for five (5) days or more, demoted, reduced in pay or discharged, at least five (5) working days’ notice of such disciplinary action. A copy of the Xxxxxx Notice will be sent to the Union office.
Xxxxxx Notice. The appointing authority shall serve the affected employee with a notice of proposed disciplinary action when such action is of a monetary nature. Such a notice shall include the following:
A. Specific charges as to the offense under this MOU Article, Section 1;
B. Time, place and circumstances of such offense;
C. Proposed action to be taken and the effective date; and
X. Xxxxxx of the right to respond within seven (7) work days to the appointing authority in order to show cause as to why this action should not occur.
Xxxxxx Notice. The Employer agrees to give two (2) weeks notice of layoff except in unforeseen emergencies beyond the control of the Board.
Xxxxxx Notice. 1. Employees to be laid off shall be given at least thirty‐five (35) calendar days notice prior to the effective date of layoff, except in the event of employee work stoppage.
2. In the event a student receiving help from a health care paraeducator moves out of the district or no longer attends the Wyoming Public Schools, resulting in the elimination of the position, the school year layoff language (Article VIII.B.2.a)

Xxxxxx Notice. Each employee will be provided with a salary notice for the school year by October 15th. If negotiations for a successor Agreement have not been concluded by October 15th, the salary notice will be provided as soon as possible after negotiations have been completed.
Xxxxxx Notice. If any member of the negotiations unit is laid off for any reason other than due to subcontracting, he/she shall receive either four (4) weeks’ notice or compensation in lieu of such notice.
