Xxxxxx Notice. Lessor must give forty-eight, (48) hour notice to lessee to enter and go upon the premises for inspection and/or repairs of the unit excepting emergency situations.
Xxxxxx Notice. The appointing authority shall serve the affected employee with a notice of proposed disciplinary action when such action is of a monetary nature. Such a notice shall include the following:
Xxxxxx Notice. 1. Employees to be laid off shall be given at least thirty‐five (35) calendar days notice prior to the effective date of layoff, except in the event of employee work stoppage.
Xxxxxx Notice. The Employer agrees to give two (2) weeks’ notice of layoff except in unforeseen emergencies beyond the control of the Board.

A resident whose hospitalization or therapeutic leave exceeds the bed hold period will be readmitted to the nursing facility immediately upon the first availability of a bed in a semi-private room if the resident requires the services provided by the nursing facility and is eligible for Medicaid nursing home services.
Xxxxxx Notice. Each employee will be provided with a salary notice for the school year by October 15th. If negotiations for a successor Agreement have not been concluded by October 15th, the salary notice will be provided as soon as possible after negotiations have been completed.
Xxxxxx Notice. The City agrees to give an employee, who is being suspended for five (5) days or more, demoted, reduced in pay or discharged, at least five (5) working days’ notice of such disciplinary action. A copy of the Xxxxxx Notice will be sent to the Union office.
