XXXXXXX-ALLOWED TIME. The Shop Xxxxxxx shall be allowed reasonable time during working hours, without loss of pay, to carry out his duties provided it does not interfere with his work. Any employee being reprimanded by the Company shall have the right to request that the Shop Xxxxxxx be in attendance.
