Xxxxxxx Contributions. (a) Upon execution of this Agreement, each Member shall have contributed to the Company the Capital Contribution as set forth on Exhibit A dated June 29, 2004 attached hereto. On July 1, 2004, each Member shall have contributed to the Company the Capital Contribution as set forth on Exhibit A dated July 1, 2004 attached hereto. (b) No Member shall be required to make any additional Capital Contributions to the Company. However, a Member may make additional Capital Contributions to the Company on terms and conditions satisfactory to, and only with the prior written consent of, the Manager.
