Xxxxxxx of Injury or Illness. If an employee suffers a relapse of a qualifying injury or illness, the employee may use ESL immediately. Relapse is defined as an injury or illness occurring within seven (7) days of a prior absence for the same reason for which the employee was using ESL.

  • Injury or Illness The Company will grant leave of absence to employees suffering injury or illness for the term of this Agreement, subject to a medical certificate if requested by the employer. The employee shall have a reasonable period of time to present such medical certificate.
