Xxxxxxx Work Area. Except as herein provided, or unless the Company and the Union mutually agree, a shop xxxxxxx shall only conduct the proper business of the Union within the work area to which he is assigned by the Company. A shop xxxxxxx may conduct the proper business of the Union in another work area if the Company and the Union agree that he has special expertise which is required or if the shop xxxxxxx is absent, and the Company has been so advised.

Xxxxxxx Work Area. Except as herein provided, a Union Xxxxxxx will only be responsible for conducting the business of the Union within the work area to which he is assigned by the Company. A Union Xxxxxxx may attend to Union business in an adjacent work area when the Xxxxxxx for that area is absent, and the Company has been so advised.

  • Work Location While employed by the Company hereunder, the Executive shall perform his duties (when not traveling or engaged elsewhere in the performance of his duties) at the offices of the Company in Bermuda. The Executive shall travel to such places on the business of the Company in such manner and on such occasions as the Company may from time to time reasonably require.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • Extra Work At any time during the Term of this Agreement, City may request that Consultant perform Extra Work. As used herein, “Extra Work” means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • The Site The site of the Project Highway (the “Site”) shall comprise the site described in Schedule-A in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided by the Authority to the Contractor. The Authority shall be responsible for: (a) acquiring and providing Right of Way on the Site in accordance with the alignment finalised by the Authority, free from all encroachments and encumbrances, and free access thereto for the execution of this Agreement; and (b) obtaining licences and permits for environment clearance for the Project Highway.

  • Advertisement on Project Highway The Project Highway or any part thereof shall not be used in any manner to advertise any commercial product or services.
