Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Obligations Sample Clauses

Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Obligations. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx shall be jointly and severally responsible for any obligations of Ekatahuna Limited hereunder, including under Sections 2.4, 2.5, 2.6 and 2.7. In the event that any person(s) become required to be jointly and severally liable for the obligations of Xxxxxxx Xxxxx under the Purchase and Sale Agreement pursuant to Section 9.19(b) thereof, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx shall cause such person(s) to become jointly and severally liable for the obligations of Xxxxxxx Xxxxx hereunder.
