YEAR WARRANTY. The Warranty for Tesla Powerwall Batteries will not apply to (a) normal wear and tear or deterioration, or superficial defects, dents or marks that do not impact the performance of your Tesla Powerwall Battery; or (b) noise or vibration that is not excessive or uncharacteristic and does not impact your Tesla Powerwall Battery’s performance.
YEAR WARRANTY. This adjustable bed is warranted against defects in the workmanship or materials for a period of one (1) year from the warranty commencement date. Upon notice during the first year from the warranty commencement date, Xxxx Adjusta-Flex will send replacement parts (at no cost to the purchaser) for any defective adjustable bed part to the purchaser, and Xxxx Adjusta-Flex will pay authorized labor and transportation cost associated with the repair or replacement of any parts Xxxx Adjusta-Flex determines to be defective. This one (1) year warranty shall not apply if purchaser does not return any and all defective parts to Xxxx Adjusta-Flex within 15 days of purchaser’s receipt of replacement part.
YEAR WARRANTY. Viessmann warrants that the Boiler enclosure, burner, controls, and other accessories Viessmann provides as standard equipment on the Boiler will be free from defects in material and workmanship for TWO (2) YEARS from the Date of Original Installation of the Boiler.
YEAR WARRANTY. Viessmann warrants that the Tank insulation jacket and controls and other accessories designated by Viessmann as standard equipment shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for TWO (2) YEARS from the Date of Original Installation (as hereinafter defined) of the Tank.
YEAR WARRANTY. For five (5) years after the date of Certificate of Completion/Certificate of Occupancy/Temporary Certificate of Occupancy is issued for the Work, Professional shall warranty, repair, and remediate any incident of water intrusion or water damage caused by Professional’s improper design of the Project’s exterior systems, without additional expense to Owner. This includes the improper specification of faulty or unproven products, and the improper/inadequate detailing of building systems.
YEAR WARRANTY. Viessmann warrants that the Boiler enclosure, burner and controls and other accessories designated by Viessmann as standard equipment shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for TWO (2) YEARS from the Date of Original Installation (as hereinafter defined) of the Boiler. Repair or replacement of parts determined by Viessmann to be defective in material or workmanship will be made during the period of TWO (2) YEARS from the date of original installation in accordance with the WARRANTY SERVICE PROCEDURE hereinafter described, provided this Warranty has not otherwise been voided.

YEAR WARRANTY. All complaints are handled in compliance with the seven (7) year Warranty conditions, which constitute an integral part of these General Terms & Conditions. For all information, please see the 7-year Warranty Conditions attached to these General Terms & Conditions.
YEAR WARRANTY. Construction Manager shall provide a minimum two (2) year warranty on all building components, which warranty commences on the date of Substantial Completion of the Work. The minimum two (2) year warranty shall in no way limit, reduce or shorten any warranty guaranteed by law, issued by manufacturers, or accepted as a general contracting or construction practice. The warranty given in this Section 19.1 is in addition to all other warranties given hereunder or implied by Applicable Law.
YEAR WARRANTY. For five (5) years after the date of Substantial Completion of the Work, Construction Manager shall warranty, repair, and remediate any incident of water intrusion or water damage caused by improper construction or installation of defective materials, including the installation of roofing materials, building side panels, attached exterior drainage, vapor barriers, windows, doors, improper installation of seals or sealants, improper construction of foundations, or other substandard or improperly installed materials or construction work. The warranty given in this Section 18.1 is in addition to all other warranties given hereunder or implied by Applicable Law.
