Common use of Years Employment Clause in Contracts

Years Employment. Employees who have completed three (3) years of employment by November 30th in any year shall receive three (3) weeks' vacation with pay; however, if an employee has not completed his three (3) years of employment when taking his vacation, the pay for the third (3rd) week shall be delayed until his third (3rd) anniversary date of employment.
