You consent to. 21.1.1. the collection, processing and use of your personal information for the purpose of creating products and/or services that may meet your needs; administration of our obligations in terms of any agreement you have with us; processing orders and/or applications submitted by you and for related legal and operational reasons;
21.1.2. the sharing of your personal information with our other entities, employees, agents, subcontractors and affiliates (who may be outside of the Republic of South Africa) on condition they will keep such information private and confidential; and
21.1.3. the retention of such information in terms of applicable legislation.
You consent to. (a) Us obtaining from a credit reporting agency, or any person You authorise Us to contact, any of Your personal or corporate information, including information relating to creditworthiness, credit standing, credit history or credit capacity (Credit Information), for the purposes of assessing Your creditworthiness and/or deciding whether to grant or continue to provide credit approval to You; and
(b) the provision by Us of any of Your personal or corporate information, including Credit Information and any information concerning the status of your account or any default, to a credit reporting agency, credit provider or person you authorise Us to contact, in connection with Our use of the credit reporting agency's services, on the understanding that such information may be held by the credit reporting agency to provide its/their credit reporting services (including the provision of such services to other customers of the credit reporting agency). You consent to Us being given a consumer credit report to collect overdue payment on commercial credit.
You consent to. Us registering Our Security Interest on the PPSR in any manner we consider appropriate.
You consent to. 5.1.1 the electronic recording of your telephone discussions with us, with or without making a disclosure to you each and every time you speak with a representative of CLSA Premium. These calls may be recorded with or without an audible tone; and
5.1.2 the recording and retention of all electronic communications with us, including but not limited to communications by email or through the Trading Platform, with or without any further warning to this effect during the communication; and
5.1.3 the use of recordings, transcripts or electronic communications from such recordings for any purpose, including, but not limited to, their use as evidence by either party in any dispute between you and us, monitoring and training our staff, and monitoring compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.

You consent to. 16.1. 1The processing of your personal information (PI) by Omnia Financial Services (Pty) Ltd, commercial partners, agents and sub-contractors on condition they will keep such information confidential;
You consent to. 8.3.1. Business1300 conducting a physical audit of the Services and any equipment supplied in respect of the Services should Business1300 consider it necessary in its sole discretion;
8.3.2. Business1300 exchanging with Carriers information about You and the Services provided to You in Business1300’s possession or control including, but not limited to, Your name, billing address, street address, relevant telephone numbers, any information obtained by Business1300 for the purpose of Your application, these Terms and the Agreement;
8.3.3. The Carrier exchanging with us any information in the Carrier’s possession or under its control in relation to the Services including, without limitation, all Your records and, in particular, exchange line details, account information, call charge records and call event records;
8.3.4. The use by Business1300 and the Carrier of the information referred to in this sub‐ clause 4.b.

2.1.5.2 The information being verified from whatever source We believe fit;
2.1.5.3 The information being shared with service providers to enable them to perform their services.
