Your Account and Statements. We will maintain an account in your name showing all Fund Assets, all investment transactions and all payments from the Fund. At least once each year we will send you an account statement showing these transactions, including income earned and expenses incurred during such period. We will also send you by the end of February in each year a tax information slip showing the total amount of all payments made to you from the Fund during the preceding calendar year to enable you to report this amount on your income tax return.
