YOUR COMMITMENT TO US. 5.1 You: (a) must provide us with all reasonable assistance and access to your Premises, information, network, infrastructure, equipment and systems as required by us to provide the Services; (b) must ensure that all equipment connected to the Services by you, or on your behalf, is technically compatible with the applicable Service and that your Premises and the equipment complies with, and is used, in accordance with all reasonable procedures notified by us and any Applicable Laws; (c) must not alter, tamper, reverse engineer, repair or attempt to repair the Services or cause, or allow, anybody else to do any of these acts; (d) must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and Applicable Law when using the Services; (e) are solely responsible for selecting, supplying and maintaining your own facilities and equipment, except where expressly provided otherwise in a Service Schedule; (f) are solely responsible for the content and security of any data or information which you send or receive using the Services, except where expressly provided otherwise in a Service Schedule; (g) are solely responsible for any use of the Services, or any Facility connected to the Services on your Premises, by you or any End User; (h) must not resell or re-supply a Service to any third party, including any Affiliate, without our consent (which we may give in our absolute discretion and subject to certain conditions); and (i) must not infringe, violate or misappropriate our Intellectual Property Rights or the Intellectual Property rights of our Service Provider or any third party in performing your obligations or exercising your rights under this Agreement. 5.2 If you receive equipment from us you will have no right, title or interest to it, nor use it for any purpose other than in conjunction with the Services as directed by us. While our equipment is in your care or on your Premises, you are responsible for any theft or damage and must keep the equipment free and clear of any lien or other encumbrance. You must ensure that you have the necessary approvals and consents for the equipment to be installed and maintained at your Premises and provide a suitable physical environment for the correct operation of the equipment.

YOUR COMMITMENT TO US. It is your responsibility to:  Ensure your nominated account/cards can accept debits.  Ensure that all account holders on the nominated financial institution account sign the attached Debit Request.  Ensure there are sufficient funds available in the nominated account/cards to meet each drawing on the due date.  Advise us if the nominated account/card is transferred or closed, or the account details have changed.  Arrange a suitable payment method if the Company cancels the drawing arrangements.
YOUR COMMITMENT TO US. It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds in your nominated account each month. It is your responsibility to have sufficient funds available in your nominated account to meet each drawing on the debit day. If there are insufficient funds you may incur a fee and/or interest by your financial institution. This fee is not the responsibility of the RSB.
YOUR COMMITMENT TO US. 4.1 Co-operation and access (a) You will make sure that all information you give to us is complete and accurate. You must update us when your information changes (for example, if you change premises or contact details). (b) If we provide Services that require locating our Equipment on your premises then you will give our representatives safe access to your premises so that we can install, inspect, maintain, replace or remove our Equipment. (c) You acknowledge that you have no ownership or other rights in our Equipment located on your premises, which shall remain our property. (d) If you are in rented premises then you will, before we install the Equipment, obtain the written permission of the owner for us to access and locate our Equipment on your premises for these purposes and the owner’s acknowledgement that the owner will have no ownership or other rights in our Equipment. (e) You will, if we ask you to, obtain any third party authorisation, licence, consent or acknowledgement that we reasonably require in connection with the provision of the Services and location of the Equipment (such as building consent).
YOUR COMMITMENT TO US. 3.2.1. If your Campaign dates have not been confirmed in the signed Order, you agree to confirm and schedule your campaign dates within 48hrs of your campaign onboarding call. The campaign onboarding call will be scheduled within 7 days of your booking date. 3.2.2. All campaign set up materials need to be submitted against requested timelines as defined by MTB, to progress into an active campaign. Once your CSD is submitted you will have 24 hours to make any further amendments to your brief, once this is formally accepted you will have no further opportunity to make changes and any executives booked against this will count towards your contracted delegate number. 3.2.3. You agree to obtain MTB permission before rebroadcast of any material provided by MTB.
YOUR COMMITMENT TO US. By making the booking, you warrant that you (a) are over 18 years old; (b) are making the booking for your own use and not on behalf of any other person; (c) are authorized to make the booking under these terms and conditions by all other members of the party; (d) accept full responsibility for all persons who will use the Property; (e) accept full responsibility for making all payments due to us under this Agreement; and (f) have read all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and understand that you will be bound by them.

YOUR COMMITMENT TO US. You: (a) must provide us with all reasonable assistance and access to your personnel, sites, IT infrastructure and systems, test environments and any relevant commercial, research and marketing material required for us to provide the Services to you; (b) must ensure that any equipment or personnel supplied by you and required to perform the Services are functional and available; (c) must not alter, tamper, modify, or adapt any Creative Works without our consent (which we won’t unreasonably withhold) or engage any third party to do so; (d) are solely responsible for selecting, supplying, and maintaining your own facilities, equipment, and personnel; (e) are solely responsible for the content of any data or information which you provide to us or receive from using the Services and must take reasonable steps to ensure the security of such data or information (including Personal Information); (f) are solely responsible for any third party’s use of our Creative Works or their inputs into the Services; (g) will not resell our Services to a third party or engage us on behalf of a third party without our consent.
YOUR COMMITMENT TO US. 5.1. In return for us providing services to you, you agree to: i) Pay for the services we provide to you by the due date. ii) Ensure you provide all our staff with a safe working environment. We reserve the right for our staff to refuse to work in an environment either we or our staff consider unsafe. iii) Provide all our staff with sufficient information to enable them to perform their designated tasks to a satisfactory standard. iv) Provide us with an adequate timeframe to search for a suitable staff member. v) Respond in a timely manner your intent to accept and place staff provided to you. vi) Ensure all information provided to us is complete and accurate and promptly advise us of any changes to this information. vii) Ensure we have the information we need to implement any service or App you wish to use from us. 6.1. If receiving staff from us, you will be required to certify that the time records supplied by our staff are correct. 6.2. You will be responsible for the supervision of our staff working at your facility and you will provide us with any feedback requested as to the performance of our staff in a timely manner. 6.3. If we allocate you a password or a security code to use in connection with the services or to access your account information, then you will be solely responsible for maintaining security around that password or security code.
