Common use of Your Conduct Clause in Contracts

Your Conduct. You agree that You and Your Users will NOT use the Service to: a. upload, download, post, email, transmit, store or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, harmful, tortious, defamatory, libelous, abusive, violent, obscene, vulgar, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or otherwise objectionable; b. xxxxx, harass, threaten or harm another; c. pretend to be anyone, or any entity, You are not — You may not impersonate or misrepresent Yourself as another person, entity, another Claris Connect user, a Claris employee, or a civic or government leader, or otherwise misrepresent Your affiliation with a person or entity (and Claris reserves the right to reject or block any Claris ID or email address which could be deemed to be an impersonation or misrepresentation of Your identity, or a misappropriation of another person’s name or identity); d. engage in any copyright infringement or other intellectual property infringement (including uploading any content to which You do not have the right to upload), or disclose any trade secret or confidential information in violation of a confidentiality, employment, or nondisclosure agreement; e. post, send, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized email messages, advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, or chain letters, including, without limitation, bulk commercial advertising and informational announcements; f. forge any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email or a news group posting, or otherwise putting information in a header designed to mislead recipients as to the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service (“spoofing”); g. upload, post, email, transmit, store or otherwise make available any material that contains viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to or that may or do harm, interfere or limit the normal operation of the Service (or any part thereof), or any other computer software or hardware; h. interfere with or disrupt the Service (including accessing the Service through any automated means, like scripts or web crawlers), or any servers or networks connected to the Service, or any policies, requirements or regulations of networks connected to the Service (including any unauthorized access to, use or monitoring of data or traffic thereon); i. plan or engage in any illegal activity; and/or j. gather and store personal information on any other users of the Service to be used in connection with any of the foregoing prohibited activities.

Your Conduct. You agree that You and Your Users you will NOT use the Service (nor will you permit anyone else to use the Service) to: a. :  upload, download, post, email, transmit, store or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, harmful, tortious, defamatory, libelous, abusive, violent, obscene, vulgar, invasive of another’s 's privacy, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or otherwise objectionable; b. xxxxx;  stalk, harass, or threaten another;  request or collect personal or other information from a minor who is not personally known to you or otherwise use the Service to harm another; c. pretend to be anyonea minor in any way; impersonate any person or entity, or any entity, You are not — You may not impersonate or misrepresent Yourself as another person, entity, another Claris Connect user, a Claris employee, or a civic or government leader, falsely state or otherwise misrepresent Your your affiliation with a person or entity (and Claris reserves the right to reject or block any Claris ID or email address which could be deemed to be an impersonation or misrepresentation of Your identity, or a misappropriation of another person’s name or identity); d. entity;  engage in any copyright infringement or other intellectual property infringement (including uploading any content to which You you do not have the right to upload), or disclose any trade secret or confidential information in violation of a confidentiality, employment, or nondisclosure agreement; e. post, ;  send, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized email messages, advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, or chain letters, including, without limitation, bulk commercial advertising and informational announcements; f. ;  forge any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information otherwise manipulate identifiers in an email or a news group posting, or otherwise putting information in a header designed order to mislead recipients as to the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service (“spoofing”); g. upload, post, emailService;  send, transmit, store store, or otherwise make available any material that contains viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to or that may or do harm, interfere or limit the normal operation of the Service (or any part thereof), or any other computer software or hardware; h. ;  interfere with or disrupt the Service (including accessing the Service through any automated means, like scripts or web crawlers), or any servers or networks connected to the Service, or any policies, requirements or regulations of networks connected to the Service;  take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Service (including any unauthorized access to, use Provider or monitoring of data or traffic thereon); i. its suppliers;  plan or engage in any illegal activity; and/or j. and/or  gather and store personal information on any other users of the Service to be used in connection with any of the foregoing prohibited activities.

Your Conduct. You agree that You and Your Users you will NOT use the Service to: a. upload, download, post, email, transmit, store or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, harmful, tortious, defamatory, libelous, abusive, violent, obscene, vulgar, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or otherwise objectionable; b. xxxxxstalk, harass, threaten or harm another; c. if you are an adult, except in accordance to law, request personal or other information from a minor (any person under the age of 18 or such other age as local law defines as a minor) who is not personally known to you, including but not limited to any of the following: full name or last name, home address, zip/postal code, telephone number, picture, or the names of the minor’s school, church, athletic team or friends; d. pretend to be anyone, or any entity, You you are not — You you may not impersonate or misrepresent Yourself yourself as another person, entity, another Claris Connect user, a Claris employee, or a civic or government leader, or otherwise misrepresent Your affiliation with a person or entity . (and Claris MyPatientRecord) reserves the right to reject or block any Claris ID or email address MyPatientRecord Account which could be deemed to be an impersonation or misrepresentation of Your your identity, or a misappropriation of another person’s name or identity); d. e. engage in any copyright infringement or other intellectual property infringement (including uploading any content to which You you do not have the right to upload), or disclose any trade secret or confidential information in violation of a confidentiality, employment, or nondisclosure agreement; e. f. post, send, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized email messages, advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, or chain letters, including, without limitation, bulk commercial advertising and informational announcements; f. forge any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email or a news group posting, or otherwise putting information in a header designed to mislead recipients as to the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service (“spoofing”); g. upload, post, email, transmit, store or otherwise make available any material that contains viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to or that may or do harm, interfere or limit the normal operation of the Service (or any part thereof), or any other computer software or hardware; h. interfere with or disrupt the Service (including accessing the Service through any automated means, like scripts or web crawlers), or any servers or networks connected to the Service, or any policies, requirements or regulations of networks connected to the Service (including any unauthorized access to, use or monitoring of data or traffic thereon); i. plan or engage in any illegal activity; and/or j. gather and store personal information on any other users of the Service to be used in connection with any of the foregoing prohibited activities.

You agree that You and Your Users you will NOT use the Service to: a. i) upload, download, post, email, transmit, store or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, harmful, tortious, defamatory, libelous, abusive, violent, obscene, vulgar, invasive of another’s 's privacy, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, intentionally misleading or otherwise objectionable; b. xxxxxii) stalk, harass, threaten or harm another; c. iii) pretend to be anyone, or any entity, You you are not — You you may not impersonate or misrepresent Yourself yourself as another personperson (including celebrities), entity, another Claris Connect HAZMIX user, a Claris an GlobalMSDS Ltd employee, or a civic or government leader, or otherwise misrepresent Your your affiliation with a person or entity (and Claris GlobalMSDS Ltd reserves the right to reject or block any Claris GlobalMSDS Ltd ID or email address which could be deemed to be an impersonation or misrepresentation of Your your identity, or a misappropriation of another person’s 's name or identity); d. iv) engage in any copyright infringement or other intellectual property infringement (including uploading any content to which You you do not have the right to upload), or disclose any trade secret or confidential information in violation of a confidentiality, employment, or nondisclosure agreement; e. v) post, send, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized unauthorised email messages, advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, or chain letters, including, without limitation, bulk commercial advertising and informational announcements; f. vi) forge any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email or a news group posting, or otherwise putting information in a header designed to mislead recipients as to the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service (“"spoofing”"); g. vii) upload, post, email, transmit, store or otherwise make available any material that contains viruses (or is linked to) to any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or any other computer code, files or other malicious computer software or programs designed to or that may or do harm, interfere or limit the normal operation of the Service (or any part thereof), or any other computer software or hardware; h. ix) interfere with or disrupt the Service (including accessing the Service through any automated means, like scripts or web crawlers), or any servers or networks connected to the Service, or any policies, requirements or regulations of networks connected to the Service (including any unauthorized access to, use or monitoring of data or traffic thereon); i. x) plan or engage in any illegal activity; and/or j. xi) gather and store personal information on any other users of the Service to be used in connection with any of the foregoing prohibited activities.
