Your Contact Information. When you request to access the Online Services, you will be asked to provide information about yourself. This information may include, without limitation, your name, address, telephone numbers, email addresses, and loan numbers. You agree to immediately provide us with updated information in the event any such information changes.

You understand and agree that if PayPal sends you an electronic Communication but you do not receive it because your primary email address on file is incorrect, out of date, blocked by your service provider, or you are otherwise unable to receive electronic Communications, PayPal will be deemed to have provided the Communication to you effectively. Please note that if you use a spam filter that blocks or re-routes emails from senders not listed in your email address book, you must add PayPal to your email address book so that you will be able to view the Communications we send to you. You can update your primary email address or street address at any time by logging into the PayPal website. If your email address becomes invalid such that electronic Communications sent to you by PayPal are returned, PayPal may deem your Account to be inactive, and you will not be able to transact any activity using your PayPal Account until we receive a valid, working primary email address from you.

Certain federal and/or state laws or Card Service Providers’ Rules may limit or prohibit certain transactions such as (but not limited to) those coded as possible gambling transactions. The Credit Union may decline to accept, process or pay any transaction that we believe to be illegal or unenforceable (regarding your obligation to pay us or otherwise) under applicable law; or which is otherwise limited or prohibited, including but not limited to any transaction involving or relating to any gambling activity. Such prohibition or limitations may affect some otherwise proper or allowable transactions such as debits, charges or other transactions at or relating to a hotel-casino. You understand and agree such limitations/prohibitions are not within the Credit Union’s control and that the Credit Union will not have any liability, responsibility or culpability whatsoever for any such use by you or any authorized user(s); or for declining to accept, process, or pay any such transaction. You further agree to indemnify and hold the Credit Union harmless from any suits, liability, damages or adverse action of any kind that results directly or indirectly from any such use of your account and/or access devices.

You must notify us immediately of any change to your contact information, including without limitation the contact information and address described in sections 4.a and 4.b above. Your failure to provide such updated contact information may result in a delay of the delivery of notices, statements and communications herein referenced; however, it will not impact our ability to give proper legal notice under this provision or the legal effectiveness of same.

You understand and agree that if we send you an electronic communication but you do not receive it because your email address or mobile number in the Changi Account records is incorrect, out of date, blocked by your service provider, or you are otherwise unable to receive electronic communication, we will be deemed to have provided the communication to you effectively. Please add Liquid’s email address xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xx to your email address book so that the email communications we send to you are not blocked or re-routed by a spam filter.
Your Contact Information. If you elect to receive Electronic Notices, you must keep your email address up to date. Other than your Retail Installment Contract, which will be sent to the email address you provide us at the time of signature, we reserve the right to send Electronic Records to any email address that we have on file for you. You may change that email address at any time by calling (000) 000-0000. We reserve the right to provide any Disclosures in writing, rather than electronically. Except as otherwise provided in this or other agreements, by law, or on our website, you cannot give us notices electronically, and all notices from you must be in writing. In order to receive the Disclosures electronically, you will need a working connection to the Internet and an active email address. If you wish to print Disclosures, you will also need access to a suitable printer. If future technology changes necessitate heightened computer system requirements to continue electronic access to Disclosures, we will give you at least 30 days notice of any such change and the option to withdraw your consent to electronic Disclosures without incurring any fees or charges, following the procedures outlined herein.

If you give us an incorrect email address or fail to update or correct your email address, an electronic Communication will be deemed provided to you if we use the email address in our records for the electronic Communication. You can easily update your personal information (email address and mobile phone number) via the “Profile” tab on the Jasper mobile app.
