You agree that the business of the Company extends to all 50 states and that during your employment with the Company you have gained competitive, confidential, trade secret, and proprietary information relating to the Company and its business in all 50 states. You further agree that disclosure or use of this information by you or by any other entity would lead to irreparable harm to the Company.
