Your Responsibility for the Account. You may request additional Cards on your Account for yourself or for one or more Authorized Users by contacting the Bank at the toll free number listed on the back of your Card and on your billing statement. You are responsible for your Authorized User’s use of the Card. You are responsible for payment of the entire amount owed to us, including any Purchases, balance transfers or Cash Advances (and all related interest and fees) made by the Authorized User. If you want to remove an Authorized User from the Account you must contact us at the number provided on your billing statement and destroy all Cards in his or her possession. If you do not recover and destroy the Cards, you will continue to be liable for any charges made after you advised us of your wish to cancel the privileges, unless you tell us to cancel all Cards and establish a new Account for you. Authorized Users may remove themselves from the Account upon request. When you use your Account or let someone else use it, you promise to pay the total amount of the Purchases, Cash Advances, and balance transfers, plus all interest, fees and other amounts that you may owe us. We may limit or close your Account, but the terms of this Contract will apply until you pay the Account in full. You must sign the back of the Card in order to use it.

Your Responsibility for the Account. We may charge your Account for any transaction you authorize. Valid authorization for a transaction may be given (1) in writing (e.g., by signing a sales slip or cash advance slip), (2) verbally (e.g., by telephone), or (3) electronically (e.g., over the internet). You are responsible for the balance on the account, and you agree to pay the balance under the terms of the Agreement. You need to protect and control the use of the Card by not letting any other person use it. If you let another person use the card, you agree to be responsible for any and all charges they make. The Cards remain our property and you agree to return them upon our request, or we have the right to have a merchant keep the card and return it to us. If your card is lost or stolen or you suspect unauthorized use of your Account, you agree to notify us immediately.

  • Your Responsibility You are solely responsible for the quality, completeness, accuracy, validity and integrity of the image. You are solely responsible if you, intentionally or unintentionally, submit fraudulent, incorrect or illegible images to us or if Mobile Deposit is used, by authorized or unauthorized persons, to submit fraudulent, unauthorized, inaccurate, incorrect or otherwise improper or unusable images to us. In addition you agree that you will not modify, change, alter, translate, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile the technology or Service, copy or reproduce all or any part of the technology or Service, or interfere, or attempt to interfere, with the technology or Service. The Bank and its technology partners, inclusive of, but not limited to, Q2 and ProfitStars, retain all rights, title and interests in and to the Services, Software and Development made available to you.

  • Your Responsibility for Errors You understand that we must rely on the information you provide, and you authorize us to act on any instruction which has been or reasonably appears to have been sent by you and to submit funds transfer instructions on your behalf. You understand that financial institutions receiving the funds transfer instructions may rely on such information. We are not obliged to take any further steps to confirm or authenticate such instructions and will act on them without getting further confirmation. You understand that if you provide us with incorrect information or if there is any error in your instruction, we will make all reasonable efforts to reverse or delete such instructions, but you accept full responsibility for losses resulting from any of your errors, duplication, ambiguities or fraud in the information that you provide. You agree not to impersonate any person or use a name that you are not authorized to use. If any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, without limiting other remedies, Bank reserves the right to recover from you any costs or losses incurred as a direct or indirect result of the inaccurate or incomplete information.

  • No Responsibility for Administration or Fees (1) Except as otherwise provided for in this Settlement Agreement, the Settling Defendants shall not have any responsibility, financial obligations or liability whatsoever with respect to the administration of the Settlement Agreement or the investment, distribution or administration of monies in the Trust Account including, but not limited to Administration Expenses.

  • Allocation of Responsibility 6.1 For the purposes of this Schedule 8 responsibility for each minute of delay included in Minutes Delay, each Third Party Train Cancellation, each Diversion, each Failure to Stop and each Planned Service Cancellation shall be allocated according to the responsibility for the incident which caused such Minutes Delay, Third Party Train Cancellation, Diversion, Failure to Stop or Planned Service Cancellation as established in accordance with the following provisions of this paragraph 6.

  • Responsibility for Damages Contractor is responsible for all damage that occurs as a result of Contractor’s fault or negligence or that of its’ employees, agents, or representatives in connection with the performance of this Contract. Contractor shall immediately report any such damage to people and/or property to the Contract Administrator.

The Board and the Association agree that, in order to encourage the efficient use of time and to conserve paper, paperwork required of teachers should be kept to a minimum.

  • User Responsibility You agree that you are responsible for all use(s) related to your account. You understand this means that you accept full liability and responsibility for your actions or the actions of anyone who uses the Service via your account with or without your permission. You acknowledge that XXXXXXX XXXXXXXX will be sending you information, including your Password, via e-mail over the Internet. You agree that the Internet is not a secure network and that third parties may be able to intercept, access, use or corrupt the information and telephone calls you transmit over the Internet. In order to maintain the security of your Service, you should safeguard your User IDs and Passwords, as well as the media access control (MAC) address of the Adapter. The MAC address is one of the pieces of information used by XXXXXXX XXXXXXXX to authenticate customer calls and should not be shared.
