Your Rights and Responsibilities. 3a This agreement gives you the right to live in your property. 3b You can live in your property without interference from us for the length of your tenancy (except if our employees, contractors or subcontractors need to come into your home as a condition of your tenancy agreement) as long as you (and your friends, relatives and any other person living in or visiting your property) follow the conditions of this tenancy agreement and demonstrate respect for the rights of other people living or working in or visiting your area. 3c The Data Protection Act 1998 gives you certain rights relating to the information we keep about you on file. The main rights that you have (which may be limited) are to:
i. see the contents of the file;
ii. have a copy of the file or parts of it if you pay a charge;
iii. ask for any information that is not accurate in the file to be corrected. In particular, the file will contain the details you have given us on your application for the tenancy or for transferring your tenancy. We will give you these details free of charge.
i. is adapted for people with disabilities and the successor does not need that type of property;
ii. is ‘supported’, or specifically designed for elderly people and the successor is not an elderly person;
iii. is specifically designed for disabled people, and the successor is not a disabled person; or
iv. is under occupied.

8.3 Before any legal action is taken we will inform you of our intention to take legal proceedings and why. While your tenancy remains secure, you will give the opportunity to either put right the breach of your tenancy agreement or to make representations to us.
8.4 We may alter or add to these tenancy conditions by agreement or by the service of a Notice of Variation. Before any changes take effect we will explain why we want to make the changes, and will listen to tenants’ comments.

3.3.3 involves copying, downloading, publishing or distributing any Content for any purpose not authorised by these terms and conditions;
3.3.4 offers or uses any Content on the Site for sale, rental, public display or performance, except in accordance with these terms and conditions;
3.3.5 breaches or attempts to breach the security of the Site, whether intentionally or not (including but not limited to: modifying or attempting to modify any Content; unauthorised log-ins, unauthorised data access or deletion; interfering with the service, system, host or network; reverse engineering of any kind; spamming; hacking; falsifying data; introducing viruses, Trojan horses, worms or other destructive or damaging programs or engines; or testing security in any way);
3.3.6 involves any ‘intelligent agent’ software, spider, engine or other device to search or navigate the Site;
3.3.7 violates the privacy or other personal rights of adults or minors (including the disclosure of any contact information of any person without their written permission);
3.3.8 is unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing, obscene, libellous, offensive, sexist, racist or discriminatory;
