Your Submissions. By submitting content to the Platform (“User Content”), you are warranting that you are the exclusive author or owner of that User Content and you are responsible for ensuring that the materials you upload to the Platform do not infringe any third party intellectual, proprietary or other rights, including but not limited to trademark and copyrights. As the owner of such User Content, you agree to indemnify us for your use of any User Content submitted to the Platform. You grant Future Engineers and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license and right to copy, transmit, distribute, publicly perform and display (through all media now known or hereafter created), and make derivative works from your User Content for the purpose of providing the Platform. In addition, you waive any so-called “moral rights” in your User Content (including, without limitation, the right to be identified as the author). For certain Challenges, if stated on the Challenge Rules as a condition of entry or as a condition of award, you agree that your User Content shall be sublicensed or assigned to any entity, including but not limited to those providing monetary, prizing, administrative, or other support for the Challenge or any element thereof (“Challenge Parties” and together with Sponsor, the “Releasees”), or placed in the public domain, as applicable. By submitting User Content to the Platform, you understand and agree that the User Content may be made publicly available, provided, however, that we may remove, or request the removal of, personally identifiable information from the User Content prior to posting, as may be required by our Privacy Policy, General Rules, or the Challenge Rules. You agree that you will view User Content posted by others only for your personal and non-commercial purposes.
Your Submissions. 12.1. You shall have no intellectual property rights with regards to any comments, feedback, suggestions, inter alia, submitted or offered by You to Us (the “Submissions”), when and if such submissions are incorporated totally or in part to Our platform. Super Author shall be under no obligation to incorporate in any form these comments, feedback, suggestions, inter alia, and may do so on its own discretion. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, You will not be entitled to receive any compensation whatsoever with regards to Submissions.
12.2. We do not have neither claim any intellectual property right with regards to the texts, wordings, drawings, and material produced by You or Your students (“Your Content”) that may be used for the books’ production. Notwithstanding the foregoing, You represent and warrant You have, or You will get any and all necessary authorizations with the intellectual property right holder of Your Content, as the case may be, for the exploitation of the of books by Us. You waive and agree by signing this Agreement that You will not be entitled to receive any compensation whatsoever with regards to the content described herein.
12.3. You represent and warrant that We retain the right to use any and all of the material produced by You or Your students, with exception to Children’s Personal Information, for marketing purposes and without further and express authorization by the intellectual property right holder.
Your Submissions. 5.3.1 In the event you have our consent or are allowed to post, upload or otherwise make publicly available on our platforms your own material, text, graphics, sound recordings, videos, original content (including feedback, ratings, comments, ideas and suggestions) (“Submission/s”), You acknowledge that you are responsible for any Submission you may submit to Sky via our platforms, including the legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright of any Submission.
5.3.2 You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all the rights to the submissions you post/publish, that you are authorised to publish the Submissions, and that you are authorised to permit (and do permit) us to publish the Submissions and exploit all intellectual property rights in and to your Submissions. You also waive to the full extent permitted by law any and all claims against us related to moral rights in the Submissions.
5.3.3 You further represent and warrant that your Submissions are accurate and do not constitute confidential information; that use of the content you supply does not violate any provision of these Terms or our Privacy Notice, and will not cause injury to any person; and that you will indemnify Sky for all claims arising from your Submissions.
5.3.4 You hereby grant to Sky and our respective assignees a worldwide, non-exclusive, unrestricted, sublicensable, transferable, assignable, royalty-free, fully-paid, perpetual, irrevocable right and licence to use, copy, reproduce, edit, transmit, translate, distribute, adapt, reformat, create derivative works from, publicly perform, publicly display and licence, digitally perform, make, have made, sell, offer for sale or any other commercial purpose, your Submissions in any and all media and means of communication, now known or hereafter developed, and to use your name and IP in connection therewith. We have no obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, with respect to your Submissions.
5.3.5 No compensation or reimbursement of any kind will be paid with respect to our use of your Submissions. Moreover, in no circumstances will we be liable to you for the use of any of your Submissions.
5.3.6 You also agree we are not and cannot be responsible for maintaining any Submissions, we cannot control what other users do with your Submissions, and we may delete or destroy any Submissions at any time at our sole and absolute discretion without notice to you. In addition, you agree and acknowledge that AAAE shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, display, exhibit, transmit, perform, create derivative works and distribute the User Feedback to others without limitation, and to authorize others to do the same. Further, AAAE shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know- how or techniques contained in the User Feedback for any purpose whatsoever, including, without limitation, developing, manufacturing and marketing products and other items incorporating the User Feedback. AAAE shall not be liable or owe any compensation for the use or disclosure of the User Feedback.

Your Submissions. The Services are designed to allow users to post and access information in both public and limited-access ways. As such, any posts, comments, suggestions for improvement, or other messages, either provided to MedAtlas directly or by posting through the Services, including any Client Content and Healthcare Specialist Content (each, a "Submission"), is: (a) if posted to a public area on the Site, considered non-confidential and may be disseminated or used by MedAtlas and by any third party accessing the Services, for any purpose whatsoever, and (b) if posted to a limited-access area on the Site or in a Virtual Office, may be disseminated or used by MedAtlas and by any third party accessing the Services for the limited purpose associated with such limited-access area. All Submissions made by you are solely your responsibility, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your Submissions do not contain personal or private information, as defined by applicable law, either belonging to you or to any other third party, unless the person owning the personal or private information has provided their specific consent to such use. MedAtlas has no liability whatsoever related to any Submission made or accessed by you. This provision does NOT apply to personal information that is subject to MedAtlas’ Privacy Policy (including your registration information) except to the extent that you make such personal information publicly available on or through the Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, MedAtlas reserves the right to remove any Submission from the Services if such Submission violates this Agreement or any other written policy or terms of use published by MedAtlas from time to time, or is otherwise objectionable, as determined by MedAtlas, in its sole discretion.
Your Submissions. The Services may allow you to submit certain information and materials to RentalBeast, including, without limitation, photographic images, as part of your use of the Services (“Submissions”). You hereby grant to RentalBeast a non-exclusive, fully paid up, royalty-free license to use, publish, copy, modify, transmit, display and distribute your Submissions in connection with the Services. For the avoidance of doubt, under this license, RentalBeast may share Submissions of Landlords and REPs with its third-party partners who assist in the provision and improvement of the RentalBeast Services. In addition, you warrant that all moral rights in any Submissions and uploaded materials have been waived and do hereby waive any such moral rights.
